 + -1 moreHe came out and we discussed several options for my cooling needs. Furnace would essentially need to be replaced - it wouldn't need to, but realistically it did since it is from 1978 and may or may not last much longer - the cost to modify it to accommodate the a/c was not worth it. Project became out of our reach financially for the meantime and will be put off for 6-9 mos. Will likely use this company since he price was about $500 cheaper that the competitor and he had great follow-up.

He performed a 35 pt. check, cleaned and replaced filter units, tested each vent and reset my electronic thermostat to work as I desired. What impresed me was the cleanliness and concern for my home and equipment.
