They broke down the steps they’d be taking and gave us a heads up on how it would affect the cost. I loved how they called us in to check out each part of the project as they finished it up. It was so much better than having to wait until the end to look things over, which can be awkward if you need them to fix something. Their “inspect as you go”approach made everything feel way more chill and actually cut down on the hassle for both of us.
