Sean was very pleasant to work with, he was prompt in answering my calls and emails and thoroughly explained everything. We requested a detailed estimate and he had that to us in a timely fashion. His helpers during the install were all very polite and considerate.

I needed a new HVAC unit to replace an ailing 18 year old unit that came with the house. I had used this company in the past when the HVAC units required servicing. Summit Mechanical saved me a large sum of money when I needed a repair in the past and the first company wanted to replace the entire unit at a cost of $8000.00. I called Summit Mechanical for a second opinion and they inspected the unit, found that only a small part needed replacement and the unit ran for another six years. Cost $150.00 Having dealt with Summit Mechanical and knowing their honesty and integrity, I called upon them to replace my other unit. They came to he house, inspected the old unit took measurements and one week later installed a new air-conditioning unit after coordinating with a sheet metal company for the framework and a crane to lift the unit onto the roof of the house. The unit was installed over 4 hours, a new thermostat was installed, and we were shown how to operate the unit and set the controls. The unit worked without problems from the beginning and is still working flawlessly. Clean up after installation was immaculate. The Summit Mechanical crew was courteous, and always consulted with us if there was a change in plans. I use this company for routine maintenance of my two air-conditioning units. I delayed writing this review until now in order to be sure that when we switched from winter heating to summer air-conditioning that there would be no problems. It is 106 degrees outside now and 76 degrees in my house. Great company, highly recommended. It is a new company, but the owner is well trained, fully licensed and bonded and is dedicated to quality in workmanship and doing the job right the first time.
