+ -1 morearrived late, no helper, but he did move 6 pieces of wicker patio furniture for me. took just over 30 minutes and he charged me 65.00. really could have done it myself

+ 7 moreIF you have a fixer upper or a short sale in this area and you don't call Roman you are missing a great deal as he really did great at knowing where and what kind of problems we would have and getting specialists if needed. He pointed out a number of things that needed some preventive maintenance. Also we didn't have any downtime due to and quot;problemsand quot; that upset many remodels. Things tracked well and went in an orderly manner.
Description of Work: We bought a short sale that needed a lot of work especially plumbing which is Roman's speciality. He came recommended by a local realtor so I called him first. He came over and we talked it all over and he came back the next day with a good written estimate and we got started, In the meantime he recommended to me a great painter. He also brought in several other people for things like ceiling fans and electrical work that did an nice job. The house needed a lot of work and things went very well, desert water needs a lot of treatment. Roman got it all fixed up with a new toilet and a granite remodel in the kitchen that looks great. He is also good with closets. Between the painter and Roman I may have the best looking closets in Mesquite. Since the work he has returned for service and small repairs and does well and is generally available on reasonable notice and reasonable price. I really don't have anything bad to say about Roman, but things add up fast so be sure to get prices figured and totaled ahead so there are no surprises. I personally am not as careful about this as I should be.
