Low quality work and over priced, hard to get Jose back to fix things. Will not call me back to fix things. Gave me one price with a hand shake and then raised the price by 6000.00 dollars. Will never use Jose again or recommend him

I highly recommend the service from Proficient Landscaping and Painting Services with Jose and his crew. During the wind storm last week, I had about 5-6 issues needing fixing. I finally found Jose and he came out the next day and scheduled an appointment for the very next day and we agreed on the price and the time. Mr. Melendez was knowledgeable, courteous and fair. He arrived at 8am with his two workers. they were very professional and courteous and they were finished about 1-2 hours. Cutting one big tree, and the myriad of branches from both my yard and my neighbor's yard. The cost, expediency, courtesy, the availability, and the time were amazing! If you have the same problem, I would highly recommend Jose. I had a delightful experience and I would definitely plan on using him in the future.

Jose, the owner was always polite and professional. They truly care about the project. Pedro was the one who did the actual prep and paint. He showed up everyday on time and takes great pride in his work. The man is a worker. I'm very impressed and would definitely hire them again or recommend them. Jose Melendez (business owner) is skilled, dedicated to quality and very responsive. His staff checked and repaired my irrigation system, replaced the back yard with sod and an attractive block border on a solid concrete foundation. He also replaced an unstable concrete block wall in the carport area with an attractive stone wall - also on a durable concrete foundation. Now two weeks after completion, the back yard is well established and beautiful. We will definitely keep in touch with him for other landscaping needs and lawn care.

Had a neglected Xeriscape yard that had a ton of weeds and small grass. They came out, cleaned the whole thing and have set up a regular maintenance schedule to keep the weeds out and keep the property looking great. Jose was stellar and gave honest opinions on what needs to be done and is prompt in taking care of the work. Will continue to keep this working relationship and look forward to keeping the yard looking great.

Jose is very personable, friendly and has good ideas. The work was done the next day after hiring him, thatâ s almost unheard of. Heâ s on time and communicates well.

Overall I was very unhappy. I was quoted 3500 to clean up my lawn, trim, fix a broken spot in the fence, etc? I managed to get the price down to 2700. I was out of town during this whole transaction and felt like they took advantage of that. They had about 5 people out here for about 4-5 hours. Which means they were making 100 dollars/ hour each. To make matters worse they did not do a good job. My lawn is in the worst shape since I have owned my home, they did no trimming (bushes are out of control) and they put a couple nails in my fence to fix it, no new wood or anything. To top it all off they are extremely hard to get ahold of and rarely follow up messages. Avoid!

Everyone on the team was incredibly professional and capable of making my dream yard happen. Jose was a delight to work with and I will definitely work with this business in the future. The work was impeccable and done very quickly. They are all amazing people to work with and have my profound thanks for turning a trashed back yard into a show piece
