Description of Work: My spring broke on my garage door and I called the 24 hr number expecting to get voice-mail - got the owner and he dispatched a technician. Door was repaired and I was on my way to work without a big delay. Amazing company, very customer focused and they take pride in their service.

Description of Work: We called and scheduled an estimate for three doors and openers. Their rep came out on time as scheduled, took measurements and noted what doors/features we wanted- very professional. He said he would send a quote within 48 hours. However, we never received the email quote as promised, nor any follow-up phone call or email. Curious, I called some two weeks later, and was told that they had been busy doing their "inventory". I then received a quote shortly thereafter, but by this juncture, we had already gone with another company. I suggest that next time, they actually send the quote as promised--- their chance of making a sale would improve exponentially.

Description of Work: Called for 2 garage door maintenance quote. Got a return call in 10 minutes with pricing and asked to schedule service. Told same day available in 3 hours, serviceman arrived early, completed comprehensive and great job in an hour and charged less than quoted amount due to time savings. Very knowledgeable technician including explanations for self service help I could do myself to extend service intervals. No doubt the best in town. Thanks Chris for all the help.
