Jim was outstanding concieving and executing the waterfall and pond.

These guys are very good in pavements and concrete works. For a detailed oriented customer like me they performed almost perfect. I can not grade the lawn works, they did not do anything at my actual project.

Jim Taylor and his team did an outstanding job and delivered exactly what was contracted.

We were happy at first with the timing. They put in a concrete patio. Our grass died where they washed their equipment and they cut the fence crooked and messy. I asked for an additional quote for trees and shrubs in the back and Frank never got back to me. Still hasn't.

Great service

The quality of the work was excellent, but a little pricey.

These people were horrible. Charged us for services not done, Broke our fence, said they were not liable and drove off without telling us or completing the job. I contacted ServiceMagic and they contacted Premium Lawn. The owner, Frank Torres called me and told me to throw away the bill they sent us. That's all fine and well but the job was never completed and the worker they sent was very incompetent. I didn't really care about the money, I just wanted the job done. Again, I will not recommend Premium Lawn to anyone. However, ServiceMagic did follow through and helped remedy the issue.

I hired Premium lawn and landscape to aerate and thatch my backyard and they did a great job. They also own Elite concrete and curb and they will be installing a new side driveway for me.

Frank has excellent customer services skills and the staff has been on time, flexible and the quality of work excellent. We are very pleased.

He came on time, gave me the information, sent his 2 workers, and they did a good job. There was a bit of delay on start time the first day. I loved the foreman of the crew. I hope it continues as I was very pleased with the workers and with Frank.

Frank & Jim were very attentive and responsive throughout the project. There was a glitch with the architect's plant list not agreeing with his plan which affected Premium's bid, and therefore our cost, and that took some time to sort out but we got it resolved eventually. Jim has an excellent eye for design and brought a number of good ideas to the project. We are VERY Pleased with the final product and would hire Premium again without hesitation.

the guys were very nice did a good job except we still have a big crack also its still has stains we cant get out was supposed to be power washed but was not.the crack looks alot bigger not sure what to do about it.How do we get rid of stains?? over all nice job except for the crack.did give out their cards.
