About us

We provide computer and network support to business and residential customers. We have several employees, contractors and two interns. As a group we possess A+ and MCSE certification. There is no charge for travel time under 30 minutes. Over that, it is charged at $25/hour from origin to destination and back in 30 minute increments. Our labor rate for any service is $95.00/hour. There are no other service fees of any kind. Whenever possible we prefer working remotely for our clients to allow us to minimize our impact on the environment.

rI have been working with Synux for 2 years now in helping install and maintain our network for my business. Rick Shepard and his team have been very prompt and have done a great job. They have also been extremely overconscientious of costs and I've always felt Synux brings great value. I'd highly recommend them for my friends and colleagues for any computer related needs.
Description of Work: Install and maintain our server and business network which works from 3 different offices. Install some rather quirky programs to help run imaging hardware in my office.
