Very well, installer was on time, polite, clean, and efficient.

Shane was outstanding. He had excellent customer service and his work quality was excellent. We would use him again when the need arises.

This is such a great company! Very responsive and courteous. I have already referred them to a friend that had them fix her shower today. Glad to have a plumber I can call to refer friends to and for future needs.

It went great.. Shane was here on time...showed me what he was doing.. I had a pressure issue in my shower/tub... he checked that out...determined I needed a new cartridge.. Will call again to have the new one I purchased installed after the holidays.. Shane was very professional..attentive to my questions. Fabulous. He came later than originally scheduled but they let me know he was running late & I told my tenant. It all worked out:-)

Shane was able to address the plumbing issues associated with a 30 year old system remodel. He also negotiated a savings on the scheduled repair plus he fixed an additional leak that he discovered. I only gave a good rating on price because I am not familiar with the going rate for plumbing services since my husband is so handy. Communication was excellent from the point of request to completion.

It went great. I really liked working with Robert Q. He asked good questions, was friendly and professional and focused. He assessed the job, gave me an estimate and got to work. He checked my system to make sure that there were no leaks and rerouted some pipes for me. One of my favorite questions is "can you work and answer my questions at the same time and he said yes. Soooo ... I got many of my pressing, stress producing questions handled. I am thinking about how and when I will get a couple of my needed projects completed with Straight Up's assistance.

This service was better than expected! I was having trouble finding someone I could trust and who would make it to our scheduled appointment on time (I was stood up by two other companies before this). From the beginning their communication was clear and timely. Bri was amazing to work with to set up the appointment and to confirm the appointment. Robert came out and assessed our pipe. He was quick to figure out the problem and quick to fix it. He was very honest and answered all my questions in easy-to-understand language. He even made recommendations for winterizing and showed me how to winterize my irrigation pipe after it was fixed. I loved the friendly service on the phone and the ease of texting was an added bonus. I will most definitely be using Straight Up! Plumbing again. Thank you Bri and Robert!

When setting up the appointment with Bre I was not told of a $29 estimate charge. When plumber Robert arrived, and was very professional, told be that his notes showed I was told of the $29 charge. I would have remembered being told of the charge. I paid the $29. I will not be contacting this company again.

Straight Up Plumbing has earned a customer for life! Such a positive, professional and polite group of people. Robert is an outstanding plumber who worked in the crawl space under our home for hours without complaint and walked me through all of his work with photographs and videos as he made repairs. This company is so well organized and customer service and communication are clearly a priority. I highly recommend Straight Up Plumbing! I wish I could give a higher grade than an A.

The plumber was very nice, courteous and friendly. He found debris in the faucet and cleared it. He was very thorough in communicating what happened.

Excellent in every regard. Robert arrived at our home as per the time arranged and fixed a seemingly complicated problem most satisfactorily ... and for a price less than we had expected. He was most professional and friendly. Coordination with the office regarding the problem description, appointment timing and communication was a very satisfying experience.
