Stanley Steamer

The last couple of times were bad, and I won't use them anymore. It's a shame because, they were the only one's that I would use for any of my house's. The last couple of times they had to come back. A couple of the tech's had attitudes and I won't use them again. They used to be really good. At any one time I had four to eight homes at a time, one that I live in, and the rest I rent out. I used them for all of my homes. The last couple of times they've had to come back because, they didn't do it right the first time. They lost a lot of work, and I used to tell a lot of people to use Stanley Steamer. The price has gotten high. It used to cost $250 for one home, now it cost $400. It's too high. The quality sucks, that's why they have to keep coming back. This is based on the last few times. I deal with who comes to the door. The guys that come out spend too much time trying to defend their company. They say my carpet could be better and I tell them my carpet is only a couple of years old. I don't know what the problem is. They do the carpets in this house every year, and it's in my lease. They have to do it every year. They cut out their one year warranty. I don't know what all it consisted of. It was just too much and they didn't put the cap back on.

It seems like they did a good job with the service.

They were here on scheduled time and it took about 1 hour to complete the job. I will use them again when the time comes.

My overall experience with them was good. I plan on using their services again in the future.
