Spring Fresh Cleaning Service

I have never had someone else clean my house before yesterday. They cleaned EVERYTHING better than I could have! I came home as they were finishing and I couldn't have been more pleased. The floors were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, and the house just smelled clean. I have set-up for an every 3 weeks cleaning shedule and have no regrets about hiring this company.

This was a big deal purchase. They were absolutely wonderful. They could not do the work that I needed because the movers had no moved, but what they did was impeccably done. They were on time, hard working and clean. They were respectful and I would love to have them every week. Unfortunately I cannot afford it.

They arrived on time and began work immediately. They cleaned our home from the ceiling to the baseboards. When they were finished they picked up all of their gear and left our home smelling and looking CLEAN.

They replied promptly to my inquiry and the scheduling process was pleasant. Was scheduled for the following Friday 1100 to 100. They never showed up, nor did they call to say they would be late. So I called the office at 1240, more than one hour and fourty minutes later. I was placed on hold and then informed they were on the way. I had to be someplace else at 3pm so I told them to forget it since there was not enough time to get in a two hour minimum clean. Listen my time is valuable too. I had to take off work to be here. Not even a courtesy call. Now I am placing my house on the market in a few days and I have to spend the whole weekend cleaning. People count on you businesses to show up. Shame on Angie's list for even having this company on their list. P***** off does not even describe how I feel. What is it about this town? Last yr I hired two different men to do my yard and both times they took the job and both times no show no call. I guess I wasn't a big enough job for this provider to even give a d*** about since I was a one time clean.

I arranged the first cleaning which was a bit higher than normal quote as it was the first deep clean $165.00. They did a very good job and I was so thrilled when I came home to a nice clean house. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so keeping up with the fur is always a challenge. On the next visit $105.00 I was very disapointed. They did not do a good job of dusting or cleaning the floors and my furniture was not put back in place. It looked like a very rushed job. I called the main office and let them know about the issues. 3rd cleaning $105.00. Was a bit improved but has left me on the fence as to if I will continue the service. I will say it again that they do overcharge.

Outstanding job! I could not ask for more. The house has not been this clean since it was built. They even dusted the books in the bookcases.

The scheduling was very easy and they are willing to work around your schedule. They were trustworthy and the girls were very nice. They overcharged a bit and attention to detail was sometimes overlooked. I was with them for about 2 years.

had my house cleaned earlier in the spring. they did a very good job. I left a phone msg and email to try to arrange for regular monthly cleaning. somehow these were overlooked, therfore my lower rating for 'responsiveness' and 'professionalism' however, they did get back to me in july and I had them clean again--again, a great job. I now arranged to have monthly services

We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. We moved to this older house the middle of January this year. We are elderly and unable to do more than the bare minimum of housecleaning. 7/9/13 was the first visit from Spring Fresh (Rosie and Maria), so there was an additional (entirely warranted) $70 charge, as there was a 6-month build-up to clean! The job they did was much more than we could have hoped for. The (needing-to-be-replaced) grout in the shower was spotless, they cleaned the top kitchen cupboards, my grubby toaster, - the house sparkled when they left!

The same two girls come every other week. They are wonderful and do an excellent job. This is an on going service that we are comletely satisfied with and plan to continue indefinitely.

I have Spring Fresh in Bi-Weekly to do housecleaning. The two girls that come to my home do an absolute fabulous job. I always look forward to coming home every other Tuesday. It is as if the house is brand new again. I lay out sheets in the master bedroom and my grown son's bedroom and they change the sheets. The bathroom actually do shine, the stainless steel and mirrors are streak free and perfect. They open my shutters and clean my window seals. I have all stainless appliances in my kitchen and everything just shines when they finish. I have come home when they are there and they are very respectful and courteous. I have a dog and cat, and they always put the dog outside until they are done. I would recommend Spring Fresh to everyone, they really do take pride in their work. We have had to change our cleaning day a couple of times and they have always been very accommodating. We met with the owner when we first signed up and he was a very nice and honest person.

We needed a deep cleaning on our house for an upcoming home study (for adoption). I called and spoke to Randy. He scheduled me on the first phone call. He was professional and pleasant to talk to. He was able to schedule our cleaning just a few days later. The morning of our appointment the ladies who came were a little late due to getting lost, but in all fairness, the road signs in Fernley are not that great. I was feeling a little guilty for "indulging" in someone to clean our house until I saw the work that Lucy and Gaby performed. Honestly, I could have and never would have been able to get our house so clean! It is like it was on the first day we moved in. Not only were all of the basics cleaned wonderfully but they went above and beyond the call of duty! Our stove gas burners that I have never been able to get clean they were able to. They cleaned our washer and dryer, the underneath of the stove hood (who does that?), our small appliances on our kitchen countertop, all of the cabinets throughout our house, the doors, window sills, they even cleaned under everything on his RC Car work surface. I cannot recommend Spring Fresh Cleaning Service enough. I wholeheartedly believe in this company so much that I am giving Randy my cell phone number so potential clients can call me for a recommendation. Hugely impressive!

This company charges $60 per hour for a team of two cleaners to clean for a "move-in". They did a good job for the most part, but there were some issues. I had used this company in the past (during which they had done an excellent job) and they arrived at my old house rather than the new address, which put us behind in time. Also, they forgot to clean specific areas that I had asked them to clean. When I called the company to let them know, they said they were unable to send anyone back out until a few days later, which didn't work for me due to our move in date. Since they were there for 5 hours (2000 square foot house) they were intially going to charge me $300 but they lowered the price to $260 because of the missed areas that they were unable to come back and finish. Compared to other house cleaning services in town, they are too pricey and inconsistent in their work.
