+ -1 moreI called the company and spoke with Craig (the owner) who was able to get to my house that day. I explained the rotten egg smell that occurred intermittently in only one room when the natural gas furnace would run. This issue had baffled many for two winters. Craig asked lots of questions, walked outside and looked at roof-top vent pipes, asked more questions and suggested the furnace supply fan was pulling sewer gas smell through the evaporative cooler ceiling duct in just one room. I live in an older mobile home with an after-market second roof installed many years ago. Craig was not sure how it was occurring but that the second roof may play into the odor. He removed the duct grille, covered it with a plastic trash bag
Description of Work: Craig diagnosed a nagging odor problem with detective-like skills.

+ -1 moreHe did a good job cleaning the system and everything is now working fine. He cleaned up after the service call and double checked the operation of the system before he left.
Description of Work: Call was for AC not working. The serviceman Marisal called because he was going to be 15 min late, the call was appreciated. He took his time to diagnose the problem rather then just hit and miss. The condenser and furnace required cleaning since the house we just purchased was a rental for a number of years.

+ -1 moreInstallation of furnace and air conditioning was completed in 1-1/2 days. Craig, the President of the company, worked alongside his employee in a harmonious, productive and professional manner. They were responsive to my questions, pleasant to be around, neat and thorough. There were no surprises or added fees. They took away the old equipment, placed caps on holes left by swamp cooler, and will return to make adjustments to the a/c when the temperature warrants its use. I felt they were consciencious and competent and would not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Replaced 30-year old Coleman gas furnace with a new Coleman and added a Rheem air conditioning. Removed old swamp cooler and capped openings inside and out.
