Terrible. Ernie brought a flat screen in a metal frame and screwed it into the window frame. My window began to come apart and I was told that if anyone other than him took the screen off, it would void the warranty. However, he never provided me with the warranty. My window is still coming apart and I will need to hire someone else to provide me with a proper solar screen and then someone to repair my window. Sorry I can't get my computer to show the picture of pieces of my exterior window peeling off. Plus the pieces already off. My computer will not get the pic file. Sorry. Anyone that would like to see it can contact me. Stay away from Ernie. I actually believed him but then did not know what to do. He picked the right patsy.

Pat and Ernie were great. They helped me with the proposal for the homeowner?s association, even providing samples and pictures of prior work. It took four hours to install the drop shades, then they came out two days later to install the solar shades and paint the wood used in the install. The quality of their product is very nice and their installation is very clean and neat. They cleaned up all the boxes and scraps and took it with them. I recommend them and their product for anyone who can?t use their patio in the summer because of the sun and heat.
