I decided to take the time required and fix the hot tub myself. The next time I need help I'll go with the out of town vendor with the good reviews that services my area.
Description of Work: I had a problem with my hot tub so I looked on Angie's List for a good reliable vendor to do my repairs. I was tempted to hire an out of town company that services my area and has excellent reviews on Angie's List but instead I decided on Spa & Sauna. They are a local company that I had used before. I left a message which went unanswered. I called back to requested an appointment & talked to Scott who said that he would look at his schedule & call me back. I'm quite surprised in this economy that there are businesses that don't call you back after you request an appointment. I never received a call back & decided that they didn't need my business I didn't need them. There are always other companies that do appreciate your business !

They repaired a switch and replaced some gaskets. I rate them very highly. I would use them again in the future.
