Description of Work: One of the sprinkler valves was broken and needed replacing. It was easier to replace all 3 valves because of the way they were originally installed. I had 3 other sprinkler valves replaced also due to age. There was considerable digging involved of extremely hard soil and a mass of roots which took much longer than expected to dig up. The installer, Ben, was very professional and worked pretty much non-stop all day. Due to the hardness of the soil and the mass of roots Ben had to return the following day to finish the job. He was always on time and rarely took a break. The first day was extremely hot but he kept working nonetheless. The second day was much cooler and he still had quite of bit of digging to do. He wouldn't stop until he was completely satisfied with the installation. All of the new valves are perfectly installed. Ben is a consummate professional. The other staff with whom I dealt, Neil and Crystal, were both very professional and easy to work with. I would be happy to hire both Ben and NDI again.

+ -1 moreThe Good: Was available within two days for a service call during hot weather. Showed up on time. He got our water cooler working. The Bad: Much higher price than expected. We had a coupon advertising $90 Hose bib replacement, and $60 service call. plus materials. In the end, we were charged $130 for materials, and an additional $100 for labor because the materials weren't in his truck. Grand total of $392, for 2 hours worth of work, and high material price. In addition, the copper tubing at the base of the cooler cracked and leaked two days later (compression valve was likely overtightened). Too much hassle to call back, I ended up replacing the compression valve myself. Overall: Coupons are useless. My fault. I should have gone with a more reputable place.
Description of Work: Repaired and replaced hose bib. Hooked up water cooler.

+ 0 moreThe valves were replaced and a leak in the line running from the house to the pasture faucet was repaired. After all repairs were completed and Neil went to another job, he came back later to test the repair to the pasture pipe before recommending turning on the water to the pasture. I was impressed with his follow through.
Description of Work: Valves on a 40+ year old sprinkler system were aging and landscaper recommended having the valves replaced before they failed. Since I used NDI Plumbing twice before and was pleased with their work, I called Neil's company again and he was able to come immediately and assess the problem and give me a plan to repair the system.

+ -1 moreSince I had had a good experience with NDI Plumbing earlier in the month, I called them again and an appointment was set for the very next day. Not only did the toilet need replacing but the the pipe upon which the toilet sits needed repair that involved using a jack hammer. Neil was able to do all the work that day, and it was not as extensive as he said it could possibly be, and now there is a new toilet that is firmly anchored to the concrete floor that will be good for many more years.
Description of Work: Called because after I was able to stop the toilet from running, I could not turn off the old water valve because I decided to replace the old toilet to avoid future problems. I did not want to force the valve in case I caused a greater problem and the general handyman that I use recommended a plumber should handle the problem.

+ -1 moreI was very pleased with the quality of the work, the prompt response to my call and the company's office personnel, Crystal, who treated me and my problem as if I was the most important customer of the day. I vowed to use NDI Plumbing again for future work and with three aging rentals, I know that day will come.
Description of Work: I have a rental property that had a leak in the shower. I called NDI Plumbing who was able to get someone out very promptly. The old, deteriorating valves were promptly replaced.
