LC Property Group

I quoted seven painters but only three gave written quotes. We selected several colors samples and paint patches on wall to select. I chose LLC because they have the resources to get the job done in timely fashion with experienced painters. After quoting several one man shops, the prices were the same but the duration was twice as long. I was afraid the prior jobs would interfere with with mine. Prior to start LLC called to get paint numbers to order for job start. We chose Sherwin Williams for color selection. Painters came in an covered everything, removing ceiling light fixture rings and fan blades. They painted the ceiling first. Major wall sections were next. Accent wall and island sub wall next. Finished up with base boards, window sills and doors. They caulked windows and base board prior to paint. All areas received two coats of paint. Looks great.
