The two painters assigned to paint our house are very professional. They worked every day 9-4 with 1/2 hour for lunch. They cleaned up each day. Some days, the wind was very strong; they had to stop early or be blown down the hill. We made a few changes and they were very receptive to our suggestions. We did have to purchase siding boards cut to specs; they nailed them in. All in all, they did an excellent job. I recommend them without reservation. The painters speak Spanish as their native language; their English is halting but understandable as is our Spanish. We enjoyed working with the painters. Knowledgeable professionals; great job. Los pintores hablan español como su lengua materna, su Inglés es vacilante, pero comprensible, ya que es nuestro español. Disfruta del esplendor de los pintores. They did a great job. They did it fast too, and clean. I thought they were a little bit expensive, but they were good. They came out immediately when I called them.

I had a good experience with Home Perfect before and decided to go with them again. Second time around did not go quite as smoothly. I had scheduled an appointment a couple weeks in advance and when the day came, I received a phone call that the painter would be a few hours late due to many of the other workers calling in sick. This kind of wasted half my day. When the painter finally did arrive, he was very friendly, but he didn't know that he had to remove wallpaper (he thought he was painting a bedroom). As a result, he didn't have the chemicals needed to aid in the wallpaper removal. He wound up using just what he came with along with a sponge and water. He got most of the wallpaper removed in that half day except for the wallpaper behind the toilet tank. He said he would remove the rest the next day and paint. I had to work the next day, but when I came home, I found that the walls were painted but the painter did not remove the wallpaper behind the toilet tank and just painted over it. Suffice to say, it was quite ugly. I spoke with the owner the following day and he told me that his workers aren't allowed to remove toilets due to liability reasons, which I am OK with. However, I wish I was told that the first day and then I would have removed the tank myself. I told the owner I would remove the tank and he said he would send a worker back to finish the job. The worker came on a Saturday and removed the rest of the wallpaper and painted the wall behind the toilet tank and it looks much better. Despite this misunderstanding, the owner made sure that the work was finished to my satisfaction. Although the quality may not be top-notch, for the price, they can't be beat. I would still use them again in the future.

Estimator/owner was very friendly and professional. The painters showed up early and were also very friendly. There was a slight miscommunication on who would be supplying the paint, but I spoke to the owner and everything was quickly resolved and the cost was adjusted since I had to run out and buy the paint. This was actually a good thing since I could pick exactly what type of paint and color I wanted. Each bedroom was painted 2 different colors and the painters did a very good job. I used a coupon where one room was painted for free (with the other at regular price). The work may not necessarily be of top artisan quality, but for the price they definitely cannot be beat. Overall, I am very pleased with their work and would use them again.

I received a Home Perfect coupon in a ValPak coupon bundle, so I called Home Perfect and scheduled an estimate for the following week. The estimator from Home Perfect was a no-show with no phone call and no return call from messages. It's been four weeks so I believe I've given them a fair chance to respond. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of their motto, "perfection in painting", because it seems like they aren't interested in new customers.I rated them a D instead of an F, because the person who answered the phone and scheduled the original appointment was very nice. I'm very disappointed in Home Perfect and if I can't trust them to show up I sure won't trust them for anything else.

They did a very good job. They were very clean and neat. They painted my garage as well. They used Sherwin-Williams paint for the job.

The owner is very nice and knew his business, but did not do the work. The job was completed but it took a long time to complete as there were "too many jobs" going on and we only had one individual (who was very good, but it is difficult for 1 person to do all our work in a timely manner). They ended up using different paint than we had requested (better quality but still not what we had wanted as the shade didn't match). Again, it took a long time to complete the job, and the only reason they pushed to finish it was we were having a family reunion at the house, and needed it finished. On the positive, they were very willing to fix any errors and make us happy in the end.

They were good to deal with and they did a good job. Their price was excellent.
