Hagen's Carpet & Tile Care

Craig is the owner and sole operator of Hagen's Carpet and Tile Care and it totally shows in his work. He truly cares about making sure the job is done to your satisfaction. I had him clean our carpets (berber carpets) and he did an excellent job. I then scheduled him to clean our tile after he had provided a test area on the tile to see if it could be cleaned. All and all I can't speak highly enough of his professionalism, demeanor, and communication. We have a rental property as well and I will be using him for all future needs. His charge of $300. 00 was inclusive of the tile work and carpet.

Craig did an excellent job. He was on time and got right to work after we discussed what I wanted to have done. I have a home carpet cleaner but find that our heavy traffic areas need to be professionally deep cleaned periodically. I can't do the stairs at all with my machine. Craig was here about an hour. He was neat and left no mess. I don't know what someone else might have charged for the same areas. I do know that this is the second time I've had Craig out and his work is consistent and well done. I will definitely use him again in the future and have recommended to my daughter and coworkers who were also pleased with his work.

It is a rental and I needed to get the carpet and tile cleaned in a pinch. I had a renter ready to move in and he was very helpful and completed the work promptly. Thank you.

Called Craig Hagen around 9am that morning and received a call back 5 minutes later saying" running a bit late. Said he would be there by 9:30am and he was...my only preference, is that if someone is running late, give the customer a courtesy call. Craig was professional in his work, demeanor and worked quickly. Job was done correctly and I would use Hagen's again.

Craig showed up on time and did the jobs asked and I paid a great price. Will definitely hire him again.
