The my were out at the house last august because I told them that we were not feeling the air come out of many of the vents. They came out and said that it was just fine. Charged me $89 for visit. 4 months later the fan failed completely. They charged me $410 for a blower motor and $84 for a diagnostic fee. I was upset by the charges and called manager to no avail.
Description of Work: Replace a furnace fan.

Description of Work: Fleet diagnosed and replaced the zone damper motor on the furnace. The diagnosis was performed on the 1st visit; then they ordered the part. They returned a week or so later to replace the motor. | |Fleet charged us an $84 diagnostic fee for the 1st visit. To replace the part, Fleet charged $70 for 1 hour of labor when it took less than 30 minutes to replace the part and $106.89 for the part. It seemed a bit expensive.
