The outlet is not tight to the wall. After 4 hours I have the light switch that I'd when he came.

Description of Work: Replaced an electrical wall outlet that had arced and burned itself up nearly starting a fire. I called and they made an appointment for the very next day. Jim, the owner, showed up on time, inspected the damaged outlet and replaced it. He additionally checked the load from the AV equipment on the new outlet to make sure it wasn't overloaded. Jim then inspected the main and sub panels making sure all connections were tightened adequately. He then demo'd a new LED retrofit can light in our kitchen for us to consider in the future. Jim was very professional and personable. I thought his fee was reasonable. He also has an easy to use electronic payment system available. I would absolutely hire him again.
