Jeremy was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do and provided me with a quote. As he was finishing up, he explained and showed me where I needed to apply lubricant in the future. Jeremy did an excellent job and made sure that I understood everything. He also let me know that there was a 10 year warranty on the work and if I had any questions or issue, I could call anytime day or night including weekends and they would be available. Jeremy arrived right on time and even called ahead to let me know he was on his way and approximately how long until he would be there. From start to finish he was very professional, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. He installed the new sprocket/gear assembly on my opener unit, double checked tension, light bulb, replaced bushing, etc all very quickly and thoroughly. During the repair, he also provided me with insight of why this happens, some tips to avoid having it happen again, and also information on how to keep the door running smoothly in the future. On top of all of the things I have mentioned, Elite Garage Door Service was also priced very competitively among the other estimates I received from other companies. I will definitely be using his service in the future.

John examined the door's damage and offered suggestions of bolts, brace, replace panel or the complete door. I opted for the Angie's list price of $25 for immediate bolt repair. Door currently works but does have some dents that will need to be repaired or I will replace the door in the future. John gave me a brochure with garage door options from a company that he uses and recommends. Very professional service and would use this company in the future.

Jeremy was a bit late because he was tied up longer than anticipated on prior jobs, but did get the job done close to the scheduled time. He was fast and efficient and did an excellent job on the install. He did a thorough clean-up and hauled away our old door. Answered all of our questions on the new opener and demonstrated its various features. We are thrilled with our beautiful, new, and virtually silent operating garage door!

Pretty amazing service! Elite re-arranged their schedule to accommodate same day service. Johnny made it to my home in a little over an hour, assessed the situation, and provided a solution with an estimate. Given the promptness, I thought I'd ask about whether adding a keypad could be tagged on as well--not only did he have a keypad on him, he also installed it at a very reasonable rate. Elite will now be our go-to for garage doors!

I had them come in as, when it is cold, my garage door would not open all the way, and I had to disengage from the opener and open it manually until things warmed up. Jeremy checked out the door, and said he thought it may simply need a lube. He suggested a 'tune up' for about $50 (inclusive of the $25 paid to Angie's List). That included that lube and some needed adjustments. This door-opener has had no maintenance in 10 years except a bit of lube, once. There was plenty of opportunity to up-sell in maintaining or even replacing my 10 year old garage door opener, and, to my delight, he did not try. Well done. A sticker on the wall with their number was the most selling done-- and that was handy as if there are problems, I will indeed call them again. They have earned my trust. One tiny negative that doesn't really bother me: he was 30 minutes late. However, he called 5 minutes after he was supposed to be here to tell me he'd be late. That's all I ask!

My garage door was making very loud noises. I had recently painted and thought that was the problem. Elite Garage Doors came out right away and told me to grease up the parts where the paint was touching. The problem was still there, so I called them back. They did a maintenance and found out another garage door company had installed the wrong spring. They fixed the spring, the cable, and told me all the safety concerns with my garage door all for $50 total. Amazing service and very honest! I will definitely use them for any of my garage problems.

Replaced rollers on two large garage doors. Relaxed and skilled. Did not try to sell me anything. Listened and worked. First rate.

I called because my garage door would not open. The electrical part of my garage door had not worked for a long time so I had been manually opening it. The repair man discovered it was locked and unlocked it from inside of the garage at no charge. The reason I had not fixed it was every quote I received was way to high. I asked him for a quote for fixing it and it was incredible reasonable. He also showed me the bad part. One of the most honest people I have had help me with my house.

I inadvertently closed my garage door onto an obstruction, causing door and coil to come off track. Being an Angies List Service provider and member, decided to go to Angies List. Called Elite Garage Door and spoke to Jimmy who came out very promptly and very quickly fixed my problem. I am very critical of businesses and their level of service and can tell you as a business owner and customer of Elite Garage Door THESE GUYS ARE IMPRESSIVE!!!!!

Our garage door broke as my husband was leaving for work. A spring snapped, leaving the door in the up position. A roller had also jumped the track and was above it, so we couldn't manually close the door. I contacted Elite and not only did they send Johnny out to repair our door within a few hours, they also scheduled the appointment so I could meet him at my house on my lunch break. That allowed me to miss less time from work while he did the repair. Johnny did a great job and the repair and maintenance he performed will let us keep using our current (30+ years old) door for a few more years until we can replace it. The door is much quieter when it opens and closes now. Thanks, Johnny!

He was professional and quick. And, came on a Sunday without charging extra!

Around 5:30pm I closed my garage door and went in to do some work in my office. Heard a loud clunk and thought some of the neighborhood kids had kicked a ball on the garage door. Went out to investigate and found the garage door would not open. Upon further inspection quickly discovered the spring had broken and there was no way to get the door open. Having to leave early the next morning for some important meeting I immediately started to call around. No one was doing after hours service but one of Johnnys competitors highly recommended him. I called his office and a very nice and comforting lady said she could have someone out in about an hour. Johnny showed up and suggested I put in a double spring system so if it ever happened again I could open the door and he promptly installed the new springs. In less than 40 minutes the door was up and running again. Nice guy, diligent and quality workmanship. Will be recommending him to others.
