Description of Work: Prices seemed competetitive with other providers...not substantially higher or lower, hence the "C" rating. Extremely responsive; came out the next day to complete a needed repair. Sent an email to confirm date and time of appointment; called to confirm arrival time the day of the appointment; emailed receipt upon completion of work. Would recommend to others and will likely use again as needed.

Working with this company was so easy. From the moment I called there was quick availabilty and they worked with my schedule constraints. Johnny was personable, punctual, and quite efficient. He showed me how to check on things, let me know what to expect in the up coming year with my door and even made a return call when I was having a small issue with the door again.

The Technician showed up on time and was able to replace the door on the same day. He was very detailed in the description of work explaining why I needed a new garage door and explaining the installation of the new one. The garage door came with a great warranty and Elite Garage Door was the best price in town. Great prompt customer service by the office as well. I would definitely refer to my friends and colleagues.
