Dealing with Duracite was a nightmare and I can't recommend them to anyone, especially if you go through Home Depot. Home Depot promised me if I paid $500 extra I could have my countertop seamless, so I paid the extra $500. On installation day, the counter showed up in two pieces, and Duracite claimed it was not possible to make the counter seamless. Fine, but then I had to spend hours for several days to argue with Home Depot to refund the $500 extra I paid. Then, one of the counter parts had a crack in it so couldn't be installed. Then, another of the counter parts had an overhang that was the wrong size and had to be re-cut so couldn't be installed. Then, when they drilled the hole for the kitchen faucet, they drilled it directly into the edge of my brand new sink! Literally drilled the hole into the sink. So I couldn't get a faucet installed because there wear nothing for it to grab onto from below. They said they would either replace that slab or cut a bigger notch out of my sink to make it possible to install a faucet. I agreed to let them just cut my sink if they credited me the cost of my sink. This took another several hours over many days to resolve with their crappy customer service. There was a chip in one bathroom vanity, which they simply filled with glue. I'm glad I paid so much for counters only to have a big glue spot in the corner of one....(not). These people are incompetent and horrible to deal with. Their customer service is awful. If I could go back in time I would pay the extra few thousand to deal with some other company. They made my life miserable for a couple of weeks.

They charged me $5000 for two bathrooms, kitchen, and a hallway countertop. The installer’s name was Zack and he was very professional. His work was top notch and he was very personable. We would absolutely use him again in the future.
