+ -1 moreDan told me he'd be glad to come across town and evaluate my house; he refused to take any payment for doing this! On the date I was in Reno and having home inspections done, Dan took several hours out of his schedule, came to my house, and spent an hour walking the property and giving me information. He showed me how he knew our house was genuine stucco and explained why he considered our stucco exterior to be in good condition. Afterward, Dan sent me a confirmation letter I could pass along to my insurer. Again he refused to take any payment for these services. If my house needs any stucco repair in the future, there is only one person I'm going to call. DK Stucco proved reliable, knowledgeable and extremely generous in helping a newcomer to Reno feel very welcome.
Description of Work: I called Dan because my insurance company wanted me to verify that a Reno area house I was buying had a genuine stucco exterior and not an exterior of a stucco-substitute called EIFS which has been associated with mold and water damage in some installations.
