+ -1 morethey arrived at the agreed upon time, they identified themselves and went to work assessing the problem and reviewing what i had done to correct it. they made recommendations and provided me with the tools to rectify the problem. they presented the bill. i paid. they left.
Description of Work: i had a mouse/rat problem and the service guys reviewed what was happening, the nests and the remaining debris and recommended and set a better trap, i have since caught the culprit but continue to bait and set the(easy to use) trap they left me in case my rodent pal has relatives!

+ -1 moreHe came out and sprayed the wasps and we haven’t had a problem since. He was a nice guy, he was timely, and he gave us some good advice. He didn’t charge us while he was there but rather he told us we could mail the check later.
