He came in and did "his job". When he finished I looked at what he had done. Told him I was Not satisfied at all with the job. He said they did not guarantee pet stains to come out, but for more money he might be able to do it. I told him our shampooer did better then what he just "Professionally" did. He basically said go ahead and try. He made No attempt to redo the work or change the cost. My husband went over a part of what he did and did it 3 times and still had dirty water coming out. We are moving and I wanted to take some work off my husband by having the carpets done by some one else, Never again! I also have Many pictures of what he left and what we did. What a waist of time and money.

Quick and easy.

Carpet Pro seemed to be the most enthusiastic to have our business and assured me that they could clean our carpet with no problem. The technician arrived on time and seemed unfazed when I showed him the area near the toilet in one of our bathrooms that was filthy from a recent toilet overflow. All I had to do was vacuum, move the area rugs and clear off the tables to be moved. He gave me a time estimate that turned out to be spot-on. I was shocked when he finished at how clean our carpet was. Even the areas where my teenager had ground makeup into the carpet were spotless. A couple red stains remained, as he said they might, but that was ok with me, given the quality of the job. He also told me that they use products and a process that actually sterilize the carpet, so I felt much better about the bathrooms. The carpet smelled clean and fresh. He even placed protectors under the furniture legs that he had moved and cleaned under so that the carpet would not be crushed as it dried. I was thrilled with the result and would definitely use Carpet Pro again. Over one month later, and our carpet still smells fresh. The technician was very pleasant and a pleasure to deal with.
