+ -1 moreI spoke first with Sabrina, co-owner of Carpet Craft and wife of Rich, who was delightful. She is wonderfully friendly, professionally helpful, very understanding of work that needed to be done. Rich was friendly and professional and brought all the tools he would need. He explained exactly what he was going to do - and did it! I couldn't have asked for better. I am so glad I found Carpet Craft and "highly" recommend them to anyone who needs carpet care. I can't imagine they aren't just as honest, friendly, and professional on the other services they provide.
Description of Work: Rich, the owner of Carpet Craft at 775-626-2137, after calling that morning and verifying our appointment time, came out exactly on time. He stretched the carpet in our large master bedroom, attached sitting room, and adjacent master closet. He made it tight and it looks great - and this is a month later that I am writing this review. He/Sabrina/Carpet Craft promises to return, at no cost, should the carpet ever need stretching again...and after talking with Sabrina, meeting Rich, and seeing the carpet stretched - I believe their word and trust their work!
