Everything was fine with the work.

Excellent. When they came to our house to give us a bid, they came prepared with sample windows, and a binder with all of their licenses, letters of recommendation, pictures, and reviews from Angie's list. Chad then measured all of the windows, showed us styles and before he left, had given us a quote. We interviewed another company and we were not impressed with their lack of presentation. Plus it took them a week to give us a quote that came in over $10,000. than BHN. When we called BHN and accepted their offer, they came out within 3 days and took accurate measurements. They said they were out about 5-7 weeks. The windows were done and they were ready to start at 5 weeks. On Monday 7/15/2013, the work crew (Ben, Pete, Jason and Zebadiah) arrived at 9 am, introduced themselves, told us how they were going to proceed, said they would move furniture as needed, clean-up and replace furniture. They worked in pairs and worked around the house going in opposite directions. They took the old glass and complete framing out, put the new windows/frames in, insulated, caulked and cleaned the glass. They vacuumed and cleaned up all debris, and hauled everything off. They left around 5 pm on the 15th. Returned at 9 am to finish the windows and slider. Job was done and everything cleaned up by 3:30 pm. Chad came by around 2 to show us how the windows work, supply us with the warranty information (which was all filled out) and collect the remaining balance of payment. We have lifetime warranty on everything and it is transferable. They told us that if we need anything, they are a phone call away. Ben, Pete, Jason and Zeb were awesome- great personalities, hard workers and a lot of fun. Chad was also very professional and a lot of fun. We are so pleased with our new windows- what a difference they have made, especially during the 105 degree weather. We are looking forward to a toasty warm winter. They were so good, our neighbors didn't even know we had the job done. We highly recommend BHN.

We purchased the top of the line windows as well as patio door. The installers were very professional, on time and proficient. We have received several compliments from neighbors on the looks as well as how efficiently the work was conducted. Can’t offer enough accolades to the company and the workman providing the service. I saw an ad on LivingSocial.com for energy efficient windows and installation from Beautiful Homes Nevada. I met with Chad at BHN prior to purchasing the deal to ensure the windows would meet my needs and be within my price range. Chad was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained their product and answered all my questions. He also showed me a reference list and I saw that a former co-worker had windows installed by BHN so I called her after my sales call and her review was positive. I called and told Chad that I would like to go ahead with the purchase and he sent a representative out to measure my window. Approximately a week+ later, the install was completed quickly and thoroughly. It was so refreshing to have a company actually clean up after the project, too! I would highly recommend Beautiful Homes Nevada. (Additionally, In a home I owned previously, I had another local company that does a lot of advertising install new windows. I ended up having to take the company to the State Contractor's Board and to the State Office of Consumer Affairs as the product/install were inferior and the company owner was very unpleasant to work with and did not stand behind his product. A couple of my friends also used this local company against my advise and they informed me they regretted their decision. I truly wish we had all used Beautiful Homes Nevada!!!)

The crew was very professional and always on time. They worked very hard and never took breaks or even a lunch hour, and left everything spotless. The quality and price was very good.

Sometimes life surprises you. Two years before I joined Angie’s list I was planning to put vinyl siding on my house. I had been negotiating with several companies, when a representative from Beautiful Homes Nevada contacted me. His bid which I ultimately accepted saved me a significant about of money. I am a senior citizen, and was raised in a farming community in eastern Washington so I was concerned about workmanship. What I got from Beautiful Homes Nevada exceeded all my expectations. They were on time, on budget and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. My power bills (gas and electric) averaged $120.00 a month prior to installing insulated vinyl siding and has averaged $85/90 since. I am very pleased with my decision and when neighbors ask who installed the siding I am happy to say Beautiful Homes Nevada and I’d to it again only earlier.
