The estimator was prompt in scheduling and arriving at the appointment time to provide us with an estimate. His price was fair and DID include a senior discount! The workers were in time. polite and did the job in a workman like manner. They policed the property at the completion of the job. We are very pleased with the results and with Beautiful Homes. We will be very happy to refer them to any and all!

The install was completed in one day. The installers were friendly and efficient. The work was done well and looks amazing. All refuse and dust was cleaned up upon completion. A walk through was done with me after the installation. I'm very pleased with the product and the service.

We had a very large window that was broken, needed replacement. Chad was a nice guy, great to deal with. Beautiful custom sized window, good energy efficient quality, with tempered glass, professionally installed. If you are in need a window installed immediately, you might want to look elsewhere. It took a 4 weeks from quote-to-install,. But well worth it. Will use again.

This is the second time we have used Beautiful Homes Nevada. We had planned a vacation and Chad arranged for us to get an estimate from him and make all the arrangements a few days before we left, and the windows were ready to install shortly after we returned home. The installers obviously know what they are doing, and they are very quick, they installed to windows one at a time so the whole house was not open to the 20 degree weather outside, and everything was sealed and ready to go! The Amerimax windows are top quality, we can already notice a difference in the temperature in the house, after only a few days. They explained the warrantee and answered all our questions. Communication was excellent. Chad called and followed up that day. We could not be more happy with the service we received from Beautiful Homes Nevada.

It went really well, the guys that installed the window were entertaining and very professional. I was was pleased with the work that was done. They were so quick to get the work done and they were terrific. I would recommend them to anyone.

Definitely glad we went with a higher quality window (for minimally more $). Compared to the rest of the windows in my house (which were cheaper and done by another company), I can say I won't buy cheap windows again. Salesman and installers were great. Thank you!

They did fine. They provided quality installation and product, and did it promptly, and if not cheaply, at least reasonably. The windows have been first class, and the provider did fine.

The entire experience with this company was great. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing siding work done. When I learned they also handled patio doors, I went ahead and scheduled that to be done along with the siding work. The co-owner of the company did a good job explaining the product choices. I believe they use high quality material for siding and doors. They were always punctual, helpful with advice, and kept me informed about when they'd be out to do the work. They cleaned up the yard before leaving each day. As it turned out, they were able to get to my job ahead of schedule. So, the work got done about 2 weeks before their original estimated start date. I was glad to get the work done before the season changes toward bad weather. I would not have found this company had it not been for their involvement with Angie's List. I appreciate the guidance, because this was an expensive project and I really had no idea what company to choose to do it until I saw Beautiful Homes Nevada's ranking. We are very pleased with the quality of the product. All appointments and crews were on time, courteous, answered all our questions and they did a great job cleaning up. It went so well, that we are now ordered the last 7 windows for our home from Beautiful Homes. Would we recommend them to anyone else? Yes, in a heartbeat!!

Our stuffy old house was in desperate need of new windows! The Beautiful Homes team measured all 14 windows not once, not twice, but three times to ensure each of our custom sizes were recorded accurately. We upgraded from a flat picture window to a stunning Bay window that enhances our home beautifully. Our sunroom has two walls of solid windows, and looks terrific! The installation team was professional, punctual, and pleasant the entire time, even though the job was labor intensive. They maintained a tidy worksite, and took the time to ensure that the smallest pieces of trash were removed, and our cats were safe! We are super impressed with the quality of the windows and the expert installation! If we have a need for windows in the future, Beautiful Homes is the team we will call!

I set up an appointment with Chad. He arrived on time. Showed me a sample window and explained the procedure. Measured and gave me a quote. A few days later another guy come to measure just to make sure they order the correct size window. I received a call when they received the window. We set a time to install. Install went smooth and fast. They cleaned up and told me about the warranty. Later that day Chad called to ask how I liked the window and if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Beautiful Homes Nevada.

Over the years we have worked with many contractors - some good, some bad but most were typically average.One of the best we have found is BHN of Reno. Chad and Ben have completed the 1st two phases of our window installation and are about to start Phase III - we have a lot of windows. After 20 something windows we recommend them highly. Chad, the owner, is prompt, knowledgable, friendly and runs a tight ship. His lead installer Ben is equally committed to upholding their well-deserved reputation. I wish BHN could have done our landscaping and painting - it would have been done right the first time at a reasonable cost.

All went as planned. Professionally handled and efficiently placed as quoted. Installers were thoughtful and all took less time than I expected. This was a pleasant experience!

The owner of the company came out to give us an estimate on the window replacement. He explained the deal was supposed to be on a minimum of two windows, but since the Big Deal didn't specify that, he was willing to allow us to replace just one window. He was a very nice man, and I appreciated his willingness to accept the deal as we purchased it, even with the error. He showed me he carries only one type of window, and even though it was a very high end window, my husband and I did not want to install it. This window does not allow you to see inside from the outside. For one window to be replaced with it, we thought it would look funny on our house. This is why we want the refund on the Big Deal purchase.

They did a great job and were very responsive to my requests. They have a quality product at a very reasonable cost compared to some other manufacturers

the installation crew was wonderful. Prompt, worked hard, did everything promised, did an excellent job. Answered all our questions, stayed until we were satisfied and they cleaned up! We got two quotes - their quote was a bit lower, but the personal touch, the time spent explaining and the product samples shown to us convinced us to go with Beautiful Homes Nevada. We got a firm quote with no surprises, and the work was professionally done and finished ahead of schedule. We have a beautiful new home - over 2800 square feet and we got a rock finish front that really sets it off. We were tired of painting, but don't regret our decision at all - should have done this years ago, and we would not go with any other provider. We had a bay window in the back that they were able to showcase with trim and make it look spectacular - they even framed our address tiles. Personable friendly service and reliable quality work from start to finish - less than two weeks. It was so exciting to come home from work each day and see big changes had occurred!

Three years ago after reviewing bids from several companies I installed vinyl siding vice re-painting my home. I selected Beautiful Homes Nevada (Beautiful Homes at that time) to install the siding (see my earlier review). I live in a very wind prone area. At the beginning of the week of October 27, 2013, my area suffered a high wind event. I suffered some damage to the window trim on one window. On October 29, 2013 less than 24 hours of contacting Beautiful Homes Nevada the damage had been repaired at no cost to me. Good work and fair pricing is only half the picture. It is refreshing to me to have a contractor stand by his work and warranties.
