The work performed was top notch, there have been no subsequent problems. After the repair, I placed a fan at the cutout and dried the affected in-wall area over the next 24-hours, then restored the drywall using his cutout, patched the cut, re-textured and painted the area. The affected area of drywall blends perfectly with the rest of the wall.

It went great! They were efficient and capable. It is hard to find great people to work on older buildings, but these guys can. They also came late friday without any hassles, and was able to replace the pump quickly. They were also one of the cheaper quotes that I had gotten for this type of repair. I cannot express how impress with them I am, after seeing a quite a few incompetent plumbers.

They were too expensive but they came out within three days after I called them. They did not charge anything for the visit. They seemed to be very informed and very well on the job but we were expecting the cost to be $1,300 and they came to be $2,700. It was just a little bit too high so I was shocked after they gave me the estimate. Their responsiveness was very good but they said that they would have the estimate on that day and I had to call them three days later to get it. The guy who came out was very professional. He was one of the owners and he was fine. I would possibly use them in the future.

Terrible. Replacing kitchen faucet should be straightforward job. Instead was very expensive and install was improper. Worker seemed agitated when we questioned the hours (spent 2 hours, attempted to charge for three at $105 per hour). Sloppy work and faucet did not properly operate. Worse, back-flow was now spilling water onto the kitchen counter every time we ran the dishwasher! The owner came out after we complained but seemed unable or unwilling to solve the back-flow problem. He did not offer a refund, reduced fee or any solutions other than "maybe it's faulty parts"). Today we paid another plumber $140 to fix the job. They assessed the problems immediately and repaired them. Now the faucet and back-flow operate just fine.

Luckily, Joe answered the call, rearranged his day and saved the day by showing up in less than an hour! He got everything done in a few hours and his price was very reasonable. We'd call him again in a minute if we need any plumbing work.

Called these guys based on Angies reviews to replace the basic new construction kitchen faucet and install soap dispenser. They were efficient and came in under estimated cost. Before even starting the project on the first visit, the plumber noticed water coming out of the water heater Tand P line on the front porch and said and quot;before I start, let's go check that, it shouldn't be doing thatand quot; - he opened and closed the valve a few times and said that may fix it as new valves sometimes and quot;stickand quot;, and that he'd check when he was done with the sink job. He finished the job more quickly than expected, and I was billed less than the estimate. He checked the Tand P valve dripping on his way out and sure enough, fiddling with the valve fixed the problem. He also made it clear that if it continued to seep I should file a warranty claim, as that item should be covered under the builder warranty (i.e., he wasn't and quot;looking for more businessand quot;). Impressed with my initial interaction, I had Best Plumbing come back and change out all the water supply lines (under sinks, to toilets, etc.), as I wasn't crazy about the one-piece plastic supply lines (which were all oddly the same length). I got what I thought was a very reasonable estimate up-front, and Best Plumbing came in on budget. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and highly knowledgeable thier field. The pricing is reasonable. I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

He also does all the plumbing for our frozen yogurt shops. He is outstanding. He is basically on retainer for the shops. I have recommended him to others many times. He will not leave a job until it's done to his absolute satisfaction. He is a perfectionist.

He was very prompt, did very good work, and was professional with payment and invoices. Very happy customers.
