Got a fast response to my text. The representative, Rafael, stated someone would be out to my house the next day between 12:00 and 5:00. After 5 hours with a no show, no call, I left to do other errands. I pulled thier info off of Craigslist, since I have had problems in finding landscaping co's willing to do some planting (they are all tied up with lawn work). Seems this guy had a better offer, and blew me off. Without dependability, this company is worthless.
Description of Work: Texted this local company for an estimate on performing planting, triming and general cleanup of my yard.

I DO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE .ALL MY LIFE I WORK IN LANDSCAPING AS A LABORER I NEVER WORK IN THE OFFICE SECTION . THEIRS A LOT THE GOES IN RUNNING A BUSINESS BUT I TRY MY BEST . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MY NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IF U EVER CALL ME AGAIN I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT AND YOU WILL ONE OF MY MANY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS
