+ -1 moreIt went great! These guys were on time and ready to work. Very friendly and courteous. They installed my ceramic tile perfectly. It had color bursts in some of the the tiles and they placed them evenly. The craftsmanship is amazing and the kitchen looks fabulous. A+ all the way!

+ -1 moreEmailed them. No response. Got a response three days later saying response mistakenly went to trash. Did I still want a quote? Yes. Said someone would call next day. Called, but two days later. Did I still want quote? Yes, come on over to look at job. No, we can do that over phone. Okay. I had an architectural consulting business in Manhattan so I know how to describe a job precisely. Gave description. Got quote. Quote included, "Questions? Contact us." Contacted them with questions. No response. Never heard from them again. Gave job to someone else. Came out great. Wouldn't hire these guys and gals. Remodeling a kitchen or bathroom is extraordinarily inconvenient. If they disappear mid-job, you're stuck. If this is how they behave before they've got half your money, what kind of service would you expect after they've got their hands on it?

+ 1 moreAmerican Team Finish did an amazing job installing the marble in my master bathroom shower. Atl was very professional and responsive. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. The quote he provided was extremely lower than other quotes I received. His crew showed up timely and were very respectful of my home. After completion of the installation there was a slight issue with the niche that we were not satisfied with and Atl sent someone out the next week without any questions asked. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn't think twice to use their services in the future.
