Talked to answering service and they passed along a message to the owner. I expected a personal return phone call from the owner. Instead, I received a call from the answering service telling me the owner said he couldn't do the repairs for 3 or 4 weeks. A personal contact from the owner would have been a courteous way to reject my business. I'll contact a different vendor and never consider this company again.

Two people came out for the work. It only took about 20 or 30 minutes. The supervisor came out with the workers and made an estimate before hand, were very responsible and on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member.

The owner Dave, totally worked with us to come up with a plan, even as we changed it during the make over, he was flexible and patient. His crew worked quickly and cleaned the entire area as they completed each stage of the project. My husband and I are very satisfied, and will an have referred them to our neighbors.

Just before going on vacation found that the valve was leaking badly had to turn the water off to the whole house. When I returned I gave Dave and his his crew a call and begged them to squeeze me in at the last minute which they did they were able to replace the valve at the end of the day allowing me to have water in the house. I was very appreciative of the fact that even though he had a full day he was able to squeeze me and he charged me a fair price even in an emergency He came back the next day just to double check to make sure everything was okay I would recommend this company without reservation and I think there I think they're great. He was professional and I was very happy with his service. Thanks Dave!

Called them on telephone. David Hargrove returned the call within several hours. Dave responded to our location the next day.Found the problem and repaired the broken pipes. The repairs required replacement of an area of concrete, which they were able handle themselves. Overall there service was excellent. We highly reccomend this contactor.

I just bought a house and did not know how to turn on the sprinkler system. I called American Lawn and Landscape Co.. They came out right away and got it turned on. Very efficient, friendly and professional. I will be calling them again to help me with some landscaping that needs to be done.

They were very professional, thorough, and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work. It was a big job and they did a really good job.

Contacted David advising him of a major leak in our main irrigation line. Received immediate reponse from him reviewing the problem give an estimate and scheduled repair date within two days. Work was completed exactly as required. Further, significant cement work was required after repairs were made. Dave made all arrangements to coordinate this portion of the project as well. One stop shopping for the entire job. Thorough, quick professional job was received.

They did great work. The owner of the shop has phenomenal integrity, constantly helping us out and keeping us informed. He showed us exactly how to winterize the system which was very beneficial. They were very quick, on time and we were really happy with their service.

Got back to me right away when I left message about the problem. Came out, saw the problem and quoted me a price. His foreman was almost done digging it out when I went out to get the paper the next morning at 7:45--Dave had quoted me an 8:15 arrival time. Very nice. Ran the sequence thru before he left, to make sure all was well. All the rock landscaping was back so it didn't even look disturbed--I was able to leave for errands before 10 am. Very Nice!
