Howard was the name of the technician that came to my house and he was perfect. I give Howard an A and the work A. However, working with Mark I give an F. He wasn't up front, he basically was dishonest with me. He had a list of things he said the home warranty would cover which they didn't. Instead of giving me the option of paying out of pocket for the work, they just left. Now I have to find a whole other electrician to o the work. He did not return my phone calls. When i could, he would say he would call me back, but he didn't. Even though the home warranty was appointed to do the job, he didn't. Once they came out to do, Howard was fabulous, he went above and beyond the call of duty to explain everything to me. Everything he did, he did an excellent job. The owner was very unreliable and dishonest. It took an entire month to resolve the issue, because of mark the owner, not returning my phone calls. They get an overall and professionalism grade of a C because I combined the A of Howard with the F of the owner, Mark. The work itstelf was great but dealing with the owner was a nightmare. I called mark for Howard to finish the job and pay out of pocket and once again it took over three weeks to get Mark to return my call. I told him he was lucky to have Howard.

Mark (the owner) came out first to give us an estimate. We had 3 ceiling light fixtures to be hung (1 from a 19' ceiling). We asked for some suggestions regarding the fixtures we purchased. Mark had some great ideas. After hearing his suggestions we returned 1 fixture and purchased another that ended up being much better suited for the entry hall. Overall we were very pleased with the quality of work and the price. I would highly recommend Eagle Electric and would use them again without hesitation.
