I talked with Jason on the phone. He suspected I had very limited choices, but came out to see my situation in person anyway. As it turned out, his over the phone assessment was correct. Without major house surgery, there isn't an easy option to increase my upstairs airflow. The impressive thing is that Jason came for the consultation despite his sense that there wasn't a solution for my issue. He was professional, on time (called ahead), knowledgeable, and friendly. If there were a ready solution, Jason and All hours Air would have had my business. I'll call them first in the future if anything else comes up!

The technician showed us where the On/Off switch box for the AC unit was located (we're new to the house), and explained in detail what he was checking and the results. He explained that older systems may leak more freon, and also that our motor was showing signs of age (drawing more amperage than rated).

He was great , checked my a/c unit and it was fine, I asked him if they cleaned the duct work. He asked me what type of duct I had in the house . I had no clue. He went under my house in the crawl space to examine the duct in my house. He didn't have to crawl in the dirty crawl space but did it anyway. They don't clean my type of duct but recommended another contractor. My son said he checked out his unit , fount a blown fuse. He drove back to town, 10 miles with the parts AND new air cleaner. We will never use ANYONE ELSE AGAIN. I cant recommend them enough ! ! !

I added the fall furnace tune-up, because the service was so prompt and professional.

Nothing but EXCELLENT service from Jason and his team. From the initial request for service to the actual service call on April 16 they answered emails, scheduled appointment and showed as scheduled. Checked and serviced the A/C unit for my condo at a very fair price and did the work as requested. I will be setting up a regular scheduled PM service with All Hours to keep the unit in good working order. Overall, great service, fair price and will be using them again.

It was okay. They do a good job. I think they contacted me the following day after buying the big deal and then we scheduled for Friday.

Jason was very punctual and competent. He diagnosed a water stain on our kitchen ceiling as having been caused by condensation from an air conditioner pipe in the attic. There was a gap in the pipe's insulation caused by the builder when the house was constructed. The result of this gap was condensation forming and dripping onto the sheetrock, over time creating the stain. Jason got right to work and climbed up into the attic with the appropriate closed cell tube foam insulation. The job was finished quickly and the cost was very fair - especially as he was covered in blown-in attic insulation when he came down. I am very happy with the cost and the work.

The service provider was very helpful, however the deal was misleading and did not match my needs. The deal was only a heating diagnostic if you're having issues. It wasn't just a tune up.

My three year old furnace would not start or run. I called AHA at 8am and Chad was at my door at noon. He determined the problem was a pressure switch and quickly fixed it. Now I have heat on these cold mornings. Thanks AHA!

I was concerned that being late Friday afternoon, I might have to wait until Monday or pay the after hours premium. Jason answered right away and dispatched Chad who called me first then arrived in less than an hour. After diagnosing the problem as a cracked igniter, he had to go get parts as my furnace was apparently an early "high efficiency" unit with a special igniter. The repair worked fine, and took no more than 2 hours end to end. I am very happy and asked Chad to put his sticker over the previous service company sticker. I plan to schedule a system tune up this spring.

Jason, was prompt and on time, as promised. He spend a lot of time checcking all components of furn ace. He had to go for a part and came back, tried it and it was something different. Back to his supplier for the right part. It was the!mother board that controls the circuts! He was at our ome for the entire morning. Jason installedd the new part and the system is up and working. He also showed us the bad parts. He was professional and worked until we had heat

I appreciated the inclusive nature of the bid. Other bids were much higher and just said "Install garage heater." They left a lot of leeway for extra charges or use of inferior heater. One phone call was all it took to get it started. Payment on completion of work. I wasn't worried a deposit might invite shoddy parts, service, or change in price. Jason showed up when he said he would. The heater was promptly ordered and Jason let me know it might take longer due to holiday period. Heater came in earlier than expected and Jason called to set an install date. Jason showed up on time with the heater and a helper. Work was started and then completed the next day. Heater works and heats garage adequately. No surprises, good communication, fair price.

We will see him in January to install a new heater.

The owner of the company called me to go over the work that was done on my furnace, since I was not happy with the work his of his tech. The owner Jason Cummins was great. He rechecked the furnace at no charge and found a few problems. Jason cleaned some clogged tubes that would have shut down my heating system in a day or so. It was really a mess; It now runs better than ever. I am now going to have him do some major duct work in the next couple of weeks. I am very happy. : ) I will use All Hours Air very soon in the near furture.

It went really well. On time, did what they were supposed to do, and charged what they said. The guy was really friendly and knowledgeable. I was happy. I’ll be using his services again.

I called Jason very upset because a water leak caused significant damage to my crawl space. We had a remediation service come out and do some"work" to dry the affected area. After they left, I found out that they had completely destroyed one of my main hvac ducts under the house. Jason called me back within just a few minutes and set up an appointment for the next day. He sent out one of his associates, (whose name I forgot SORRY!!!) to fix the problem. All hours air fixed the issue very quickly, took a bunch of photos for my insurance claim and came back to check their work to make sure everything was perfect. Jason and his boys have been my go-to guys for hvac services and will continue to be for years to come.

We called All Hours Air (AHA) to inquire about a furnace and humidifier for our manufactured home. Jason assured us that replacing our 15 year old, 65% efficient Intertherm with the new, 95% efficient furnace, would reduce our outrageous propane bills. AHA found us low-interest-rate financing for the purchase. We added a Honeywell TrueSTEAM humidifier to replace several useless room humidifiers. Jason and Chad installed the system in two days. The new Intertherm furnace fit in the same space as the old one. The humidifier was mounted on the wall near the furnace. Chad worked under the house running intake and purge pipes for the humidifier. The newly installed humidifier's controller had problems. Jason found us a digital humidifier controller and replaced it at no extra cost. AHA listened to my requests and went out of their way to make us happy. For example, they placed the purge pipe so water would drain properly and still allow removal of the manufactured home skirting. We are pleased with their work, and convinced that AHA will be there for us if anything goes wrong.

I purchased a diagnostic testing special from this provider. Jason contacted me promptly and we scheduled a same day appointment. Jason arrived promptly and diagnosed the issues I was having with my heating system within 15 min. The repair required a special part that Jason ordered and installed the next day. Jason was professional, friendly, and extremely affordable and I would highly recommend this company. I was so impressed with this company, I signed up for their annual maintenance program.

Having used All Hours Heating and Air at work, when I was having trouble with my heater at home I knew Jason would be my first call. My heater pilot would not stay lit. It was so frustrating not knowing when or if my heater would kick on. Jason replaced the thermocoupler and installed an device to automatically re-lit the thermo coupler. When that didn't work Jason let me know it was time to replace my heating unit. Jason researched replacing my unit and gave me a fair price. He even agreed to give me a credit for the new part he had installed. Jason and his helper arrived on the appointed day and time and promptly installed my new heater. When they were done with the install everything looked great, no mess, and no sign of their working in my home, except I was warm and had a dependable new heater. Best of all no more worrying. I am so pleased with the service I received from Jason. Calling All Hours Heating and Air was definitely the best choice.

Technician called ahead and arrived within the first 30 min of the 2-hour block of time allotted for the service. He completed the service in about 35 min and provided an assessment of our heating system. They gave us a deal to pay ahead for Spring A/C service, with the cost coming out much lower than a competitor we had service our A/C a few years ago.

Jason was puctual, attentive and very kind. He knows his trade and is not afraid to invest in a customer's future business by not only educating them but not charging for services that he deems unnecessary. Good guy, stand up business owner. Cant recommend him enough!

From start to finish, the service, price, and product met our expectations and more. We have used other companies in the past and while some have been good, Jason and All Hours are by far the best.

They were on time and met the price of another estimate I had received. They were very professional, and very hard working. They were also very polite and well mannered. I would highly recommend them to others, and in fact, my sister ended up using them as well. Also, they would always call if they were going to be late for whatever reason (which I very much appreciated).
