Went great, got us up and running quickly

As a comfort care member I had the furnace cleaned last fall and the AC unit today for one price up front. Today's service was done with no added expense.

When making the appt. I was informed it would be overtime charge if he arrived after 5pm. Jason called prior to arriving. He arrived on time. My unit is a Rheem and is at least 20 years old. He found the Freon was low. He added 1.5 lbs and cleaned the filters. He was done in an hour. Price is for one hour of overtime labor and the cost of Freon. I like the extended hours of service they offer.

The technician called before arriving, showed up on time, was very courteous and even worked around my 3 dogs and 2 cats. He found that we were down about half the amount of freon we should have had. Offered to use a leak seal and then recharge the freon. He said it could be up to 8 pounds, but ended up being only 4 pounds. The original service was $78.95 and then the added charges came to an additional $230.00. So far it has been much colder and we aren't hearing the unit kit off and the house warming up like it was during those super hot days a week or so ago.

Jason and Dillon are the consulate professionals. Working in the crawl space at 120 degrees, they repaired my inoperative A/C quickly and efficiently. Want good, no great, A/C service? Every thing went well checked unit and wireing and registers

Jason came out and gave me an estimate to replace and upgrade the existing a/c units and while he was here, one of the furnaces stopped working. He figured out that the draft motor was causing the problem and showed me how to get it going if it quit again (also offered to provide space heaters just in case) until he could order the parts. He was able to get the furnace parts and install the next business day. Jason had the best/same price for the A/C units out of the three estimates I had. Chad installed the new Bryant A/C units later that week. They were On Time, Quick, Clean, and Courteous Hard workers! After all work was completed, Jason came back for quality control inspection, I mean this guy is Top Notch!! I am very pleased with the job done and know I have someone I can depend on in an emergency. Thank you All Hours!!

The service was excellent. Jason and Chad were prompt, efficient, and professional. We had an initial visit to discuss what we wanted and where the new A/C unit would be installed. All details were explained to us. We received an emailed quote once we decided on the type of unit. Jason and Chad arrived promptly on the date and at the time scheduled for the installation, and Chad worked efficiently all day to complete the job. He cleaned the room up completely before he left. Jason followed up the installation with a visit to check that everything was working well. We appreciate the excellent service and workmanship, and we plan to use All Hours Air again for our A/C and heating needs.

Diagnosing the problems took two visits. Finally intermittent failure was traced to defective circuit board. At one point, Jason offered to bring us a space heater! Chad was great: took time to explain everything to us! I highly recommend All Hours Air!

The problem was discover quickly and fixed quickly and correctly.

During my annual furnace service Chad determined that a major part of my unit had failed. Jason, the owner came right over and helped me figure out options to fix or replace the unit. Jason contacted the distributor for my current unit and attempted to expedite the broken part and also really tried to get the distributor to replace my entire furnace at either no or reduced charge (this furnace has had NUMEROUS problems in the 6 years I have owned it). After getting nowhere with distributor, we decided to order a new unit. Jason had the new unit ordered and installed the next day even though he had to rearrange his schedule to do so. Jason also provided an electric heater for me to use so my family could stay warm. Jason and Chad were awesome throughout the whole experience and they kept in close contact during the whole process. I am very pleased with the service I received from Jason an Chad!

I called him on a Saturday and told him that the heater was not coming on and the lights were flickering when it tried to come on. He wanted to know if I had heat or should he come right away. I told him that I did have a few box heaters, a fireplace and I could wait. We set a time for Monday and he came over right on time. In fact, he called before 15 minutes early to confirm the appointment. From what I described he thought he knew what the issue was, but he wanted to check it out. He brought in a ladder and went into the attic. Within a minute he found the problem and brought the broken part down. He told me that he has seen this problem before with my heater and keeps this part on his truck. He went out to his truck and within a minute he brought in the new part. He went up into the attic replaced the part and also adjusted the burners and checked the entire system. He told me that because of the drain on the system, the circuit board could have been damaged. However, he didn't want to waste my money and replace a part that was in question. He then vacuumed the area where some insulation fell on the floor. Then, he took me out to the breakers and showed me how to reset the system as he didn't want me to be without heat if the board died. Everything worked great. About a week later he called again just to make sure all was well. I highly recommend Jason and his service.

Jason, the owner, made the initial diagnostic service call. He was fast but thorough and did a perfunctory check on the entire A/C unit. He quickly found the malfunctioning part, but a replacement was not available in the area, so he ordered it from Sacramento. Two days later his associate installed the new part. Both men were courteous, efficient and thoroughly professional and I thought the total cost of $175 for both service calls and the replacement part was more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to call All Hours Air again for either A/C or furnace issues!

diagnosed the problem one day and replaced pump next day

I bought the package deals for the AC and Heater tune-up/maintenance. I didn't schedule right away, but I paid right away. However, the owner called and emailed me several times to schedule an appointment. Since my job schedule is terrible, I finally did schedule, and then re-scheduled, and then re-scheduled again. I am sure I was this service provider's worst nightmare, but they took it all in stride and accommodated me every time! The tech was on time, was friendly, and professional, and thorough. I appreciated his patience as I peppered him with questions about the units. He let me know what I could expect in the next couple of years, etc and what to listen/look for to prevent breakdown/trouble. I didn't need any repairs, but if I did outside my home warranty, I would call this company in a heartbeat.

I called All Hours AC on a Saturday night for an elderly relative (the Angie's List member) who said that her AC was not cooling her house. Early Sunday morning I got a call back from the owner, Jason. I told him that her AC compressor was not turning on and that the furnace fan was engaging which was just blowing warm air. I had also screened out a thermostat problem. Jason arrived around 10:00 AM and quickly diagnosed the problem. He found that a nest of ants had taken up residence in the electrical component box preventing a vital switch from opening and closing correctly. This prevented electricity from flowing to the compressor. This is the only repair that the unit needed! No parts were required or additional labor. As I write this review on Aug. 6th, the AC has been operating for 39 days without any additional problems. My relative was even given a 10% senior discount which helped reduce the extra weekend repair cost rate! We are very happy with Jason of All Hours Air AC and will definitely use him again. They were awesome. I left a message on the phone and got a callback quickly. They came out the next day and tuned up the cooler to use for summer. The work was done quickly and correctly. I will use them again to winterize the cooler and in the future
