Jason was wonderful! He arrived at the appointed time and finished up the same day. Any mess that was made was cleaned up. He was very professional and polite. My dad was thrilled! And now the house is well cooled. I would definitely encourage others to use All Hours Air for their air conditioning needs.

Jason was very responsive to my initial call and inquiry. He called back shortly after I left a message. He provided a very good diagnosis of the likely problem and my repair/replacement options over the phone, and we scheduled a visit for him to look at the unit, with a very reasonable price for the service call -- this fee was later waived when I ordered a new unit. He advised me the lowest cost option to solve my problem with a 22 year old unit -- replace the outside unit only -- which was much lower than installing a total new unit and inside coils (over 2.5x more expensive quote from a large retailer). The new unit was ordered by Jason immediately, with a handshake deal for the full installed price, and was installed by Matt within 5 days. So far everything is working swell. Couldn't ask for any better service!

Jason responded immediately to my Angie's List message and we scheduled the appointment. Jason inspected my a/c unit and found a potential safety issue with the wiring done by the previous contractor. He also diagnosed a leaky fan seal. Jason was very prompt, professional and courteous. I will be using him for all my heating and a/c needs in the future

In a word, AMAZING!! This company came through on everything that was in the contract. They called before they arrived and were very punctual. The work was perfect. There was a problem with one of our lines and they fixed it for no extra charge. The financing went through without a hitch. Jason was very professional. His team was clean and thorough. They even made an appointment to come out in the spring to check our system because it is too cold to run in the wintertime. I highly recommend their company. Jason diagnosed our problem as a faulty thermal sensor in the furnace and replaced the sensor. Our furnace is finally working well after seven years of continual service calls from the original installer of the furnace. |

When my central air heater went out on a very cold Saturday night, I called All Hours very early on Sunday morning. Jason was able come out within an hour. He quickly diagnosed a defective fan motor and was able to replace it within an hour. He actually had the part on his truck! The heat was back on within about 30 minutes. While there was an overtime charge for a Sunday call, I was extremely pleased with Jason's service & professionalism. I will be using All Hours for future service and repairs as needed.

Our heater suddenly wasn't turning on, which is bad news when we're heading into winter. Jason came out the next day and identified the problem immediately. He replaced the defective piece and vacuumed the furnace for us. He was done within 30 minutes and his services were extremely affordable.

Jason was very personable and professional. He explained clearly what he found: that everything checked okay at this time. He recommended checking the AC system in the spring of next year. The service call price was very reasonable, offering a senior discount.

I had used Jason a lot when I managed property which is part of why he did not charge me but that is just the integrity that Jason does business with. I would recommend him to anyone. He is professional, prompt and knows his trade. He did hundreds of jobs for me in the past and would use him for hundreds more!!

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it turned out great. He was prompt, we called one day, and he came out the next morning, he was very clear about what the problem was, and we were very satisfied with his service. We talked about possibly having some additional equipment installed, which we haven't done yet.

I had used a different provider I found in the phone book and continued to have problems with my AC - had him out three times in two weeks. I finally used Angie's List and found All Hours Air. WOW what a difference. Within a few minutes of arriving Jason knew what the problem was - maintenance. He got his crew out there that afternoon and yea - cool air. I had recently bought this old house and it just needed yearly maintenance. Its been almost 3 weeks since we had the maintenance done and it is working great. To bad I didn't use Angie's list before - it would have saved me $400 and 2 weeks of no air conditioning.

Jason arrived on time. I explained the problem. He took a look at the unit explained what the problem was and corrected the problem. I would definitely call ALL HOURS AIR again for routine maintenance and emergency repair.

It went great! We returned from vacation to a summer heatwave. On the first afternoon back it became apparent that our air conditioner was not working properly, so I called All Hours Air and two other firms. Jason with All Hours Air was out the next morning to trouble-shoot the problem and discovered a major refrigerant leak in the condenser. Jason presented us with two options: to repair the existing eleven year old unit (faster and less expensive) or to install a new high efficiency unit. After checking prices I gave Jason the go-ahead to install a new more efficient unit. The next morning Jason and an assistant arrived about 10 am to install the new air conditioner. They completed the job about 3 pm. Forty eight hours after the first call to All Hours Air we had a new air conditioner, and at a very reasonable price. This was great service. Jason is very courteous, straight forward, sincere and professional. I have worked with a lot of contractors and Jason is definitely one of the best. I highly recommend All Hours Air.

Jason is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, professional and friendly. His services are reasonably priced and within original estimates. He has been very helpful with troubleshooting problems and fixing them as well as providing recommendations on how to make our appliances and connections more energy efficient.

Great! All Hours Air got my heating system working in the middle of the winter. I was cold, I called, Jason came right away and fixed the problem. What a relief!

Excellent response time, ( the same day as the call for help) considering how busy he was. Professional appearance and greeting. After explaining to Jason what was happening, he turned the furnace on ,waited until it went off, which only took a few minutes, then immediately checked for the obvious first. Thermostat setting was good and calling for heat, the air filter was clean, (I had changed it the day before), and the fans were good. Due to his experience throughout the years, he knew where the problem was and after a quick adjustment of the air pressure switch to the right altitude, the furnace continued to run without fault. I would recommend All Hours Air to any of my friends and family if they ever have a problem with their Heating or Air Conditioning. Jason is well presented, professional, and displays a strong work ethic through his honesty and strong communication skills. He will not leave you 'hanging' and keeps you informed as to when he will be there.

He went to see the furnace pull out the front covers to expose the gas valve and the igniting switch so he new wich part was bad so he replaced the part that was bad and the furnace started working o.k.

It went excellent I found all hours air through living social , they got back to me right away. It was very hot and the air conditioning was not working . Jason came the same day even with a busy schedule and preformed a full service on my air conditioner. Got it working checked the freon level and we even set up a winter visit for checking the furnace. Great experience straight forward pricing and cool air for the kids!
