Andy arrived right on time with a smile. Very likable guy. I appreciated the way he made suggestions but didn't push anything I didn't show interest in.

A metal brace on my garage door that attaches to my garage door opener fractured and broke. I called Andy at Advanced Overhead, who I used a couple times in the past prior to joining Angie's list. He scheduled an appointment the same day and showed up as promised. After giving me a quote, he was able to repair the damage immediately as he had the proper parts and tools on his truck. The fix is even better and stronger than the original! As he did on prior calls (spring replacement, new garage door opener installation), he did a couple other maintanence items at no additional cost. He is very neat and professional and I highly recommend Andy and Advanced Overhead Garage Door!

Repairman was easy to work with, explained what he would do, went beyond what was asked to do needed repairs. Quick, clean, self-sufficient. I am very happy with this experience.

He arrived during the time period specified. He introduced himself. He was very fast and knew what he was doing. Within twenty minutes or so, he was cleaning up his tools and was finished. Looked too easy.

Advanced responded the same day, provided an estimate (which we accepted). They set an installation date and showed up right on time and the new gutter is a perfect match. Great guys - friendly and professional. I will be using them to do a new installation on a rental property.

This is the true meaning of service. Over the phone, Andy walked me through a visual check of springs and parts that could affect performance. He detailed one part that needed close attention and that was it! I was saved a repair visit, which was very much appreciated with my busy schedule. I have put him on my personal list for any further service I might need, as he represented himself as honorable and efficient.

He did an excellent job and did a bit more than what he charged me for. Excellent work!

They were wonderful, came out right away, were courteous and fixed the problem immediately.

It was the owner that came out and gave us the estimate and he came in cheaper that the other 3 estimates. He also did all the work himself. We just liked him right off the bat. He did a very good job.
