+ -1 moreTook about 5 business days to get warranty part from Anderson. Work was performed by Advanced the next day. Advanced made two trips to home. First was to attempt a repair to broken lock; the second visit to install the new lock system. Robert was helpful in informing me as to how to contact Anderson to order the new lock system at no cost to me.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken Anderson 3 point lock system on window door to exterior. Robert found that the lock system was still under warranty from Anderson, so I ordered the part saving me approximately $225.00 and Advanced installed the system. Love the Anderson windows and locks, but when something goes wrong with the locks, it is expensive to fix. Not all local locksmiths would even deal with a multi-point locking system.
