We tried contacting this provider multiple times to set up a time to replace a window in our house. More than once we never received a call back to schedule a time. Our final attempt resulted in an appointment being made for the next morning, however no one showed up for the appointment and we did not receive any notification from the company that the appointment would not be met.

A few other companies said they wouldn't even attempt it but ABC was willing and helpful. They arrived on time, were professional, friendly and competent.
Description of Work: Broken lock on sliding glass door had fallen down the interior slot. They were able to retrieve and replace old lock and adjust handle.

Excellent. Open the rack including a very jammed cylinder. It took almost 45 minutes to unlock but still only cost $20.
