A ROOTER MAN

Finished job within 2 hours but charged way too much. $250.00 for the gas valve which I found out later on the internet that I can get for only $108.00 and $3125.00 for the 2 hours of labor. They also charge $125 for service fee on the estimate.

Our tenant called A Rooter man Plumbing to unclog a drain. "Kenny" showed up, tried to snake the drain, but got it stuck, it took him over 2 hours to get it unstuck. I received a call from "Kenny" saying he had sent a scope down the drain and found our pipes were old a deteriorating and on top of the $159.00 to snake the drain, and the $255.00 to send a scope down, and the $600.00 to flush our the system, which we did not authorize. There was going to be another charge of $6500.00 to dig up and replace the existing pipes. (Little did "Kenny" know, our entire sewer system had been dug up and replaced 5 years ago). We told Kenny to take a hike. A few days later we received a preliminary lien notice for $899.00, which we ended up paying so the house didn't get leaned. I called the owner Ralph Anthony Rowe, who at first claimed he had nothing to do with this company, and how did I get his phone #, until I told him I had a copy of License #0058045A which named him as the Owner. All in all these people are scum!!
