+ -1 moreI told the owner that I was happy he would be here to take care of the mowing for me. I went away, and when I returned...the grass was extremely high!!!!! When I called the owner of the mowing company, he said he had come over 3 weeks later for the second mow....but my thoughts remained the same, that someone came over 1 time, at the beginning of May....and never returned again. When I called the owner about this...he continued to insist that there had been 2 mows that month...but one could obviously see...that it had been 4 weeks since that ONE TIME mow. I still received a bill for the 2 mows, I paid the bill ($55), as if there had been 2 mows...and I wrote on the paperwork, "I will NOT continue with your services.....PLEASE RETURN MY KEYS!!!" No one ever returned my keys, nor did they call me back to explain why they would not return my keys, or what happened!!!!
Description of Work: I asked for every other week lawn services....mowing, edging and a little weeding.
