Perfectly. So professional. They clearly outlined options and gave reasons for each. They took such good care taking the old furnace out of the attic and putting the new one up there (not an easy feat). Very competent.

Perfectly. We were having issues with heating/cooling certain parts of our house. Mike assessed the situation and suggested a tree zone system using our existing system, It has been in place for 8 years now and still functions without any issues. We are also users of the annual maintenance plan. We have great faith in Mike, 4 Seasons and his team on excellent techs.

My system is older and requires refrigerant that is no longer manufactured. Mike assessed the situation and informed me of the approximate cost for repair. He also provided me with the cost to replace the unit with a newer, efficient model. He gave me time to consider the options and applied no pressure when we decided for repair over replacement. He was on time for both appointments, and very responsive to our calls and emails.

My air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days in July (of course it was a Saturday). I called a few companies to see who could get out there first and who had the best price. I heard back from 4 seasons and another company at about the same time, so I asked them both to come out with quotes. The other company quoted my over $800 which included overtime for the weekend and several issues. 4 seasons was half the price and Mike stayed until it was fixed. It ends up most of what the other company quoted was not broke at all. Plus 4 seasons came out on a Saturday without charging weekend rates. I will DEFINITELY use them again and will reccomend them to anyone. Good price and great service.

Recommended through home warrenty contractor Old Republic. Mike, from 4 Seasons called within 15 min of warranty call to set up a date/time for service. We set a time about 90 from initial call. Mike called when he was on his way and arrived at the agreed time. I explained problem and after some testing, he found and corrected the problem efficiently. He also provided tips on how to clean a/c filters to maximize efficiency of the system. Mike was courteous and professional. I recommend this company and would use them again.
