Description of Work: They designed a usable space in an area that had no purpose and was a hot mess. They removed trees, trash, dirt and rocks. Then they put in a beautiful waterfall, new trees and shrubs, a drip system, patio pavers, steps, lighting and a seat wall. Thomas was professional and honest and designed a beautiful area. Alfredo was in charge of the crew and he kept me informed daily as to what was going on. He kept his guys working and I never saw these guys waste a minute. Alfredo and his guys were always polite.This was just phase one and I can't wait to see what Thomas comes up with for my front yard and lower back yard. At first I thought the quote was a little expensive, but when I saw the amount of work that went into this space and how beautiful it was when completed, I knew I had gotten an excellent deal.

Description of Work: Calvin and Earl Willey are terrific. They have a huge tree spade and can bring in mature trees about two feet or more in diameter. They removed about 6 large dead cottomwood trees for us, brought in backhoes to dig holes for trees that we ordered from them and planted 7 large Jeffrey pines that they re-located from Sierra Valley, a large aspen, 4 mature bradford pears that they re-located from the IGT parking lot (set for demolition) and 2 mature incense cedars. They also transplanted 3 of our mature trees and set up a drip system. They met their budget, were prompt and worked very hard. When one Jeffrey Pine didn't make it about 1-2 years later (I can't remember which), ,they replaced it free. I would use them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate for tree removal service and for construction of a rock wall along with an explanation of how they would go about doing the work.

Description of Work: Removal of a 30 ft evergreen pine tree and removal of 15 bush plants and 2 large (350-400 lb) rocks. The tree was removed and transplanted to one of their off site locations. After the tree removal, they filled in the 6 ft hole with good soil and laid healthy rolled grass on top of it. Where the bushes were removed they made sure all the drip feeders were caped off and the landscaping material was put back in place with the crushed rocks over it. They took care of any clean-up in the area.
