Description of Work: The job required replacing rotted wood and rebuilding the patio and upstairs deck. They brought in an experienced carpenter to to do this rebuilding part of the contract. Everything went perfectly and the patio and deck are better then the original. They cleaned up and hauled away all the trash. Excellent job.
