Description of Work: We have a very unique system. They were very knowledgeable! I was anxious, but the whole experience was very pleasant! |Our cost includes the inspection, pumping, and the digging and installation of the inlet cover. They even provided extra information for me to read about our specific system! |I was extremely impressed with their very knowledgeable and friendly staff, very good price, and professionalism. I will definitely use Waters Vacuum service again in the future and I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreWhen I called for service, they had the information on my tank from the two previous times I had used their service. Rich showed up promptly. I had already cleaned out the access lids so no digging was required. He did a fast, complete job. He answered several questions I had about what I should and should not put down my pipes. He also talked to me about adding risers and riser lids to the access points and that will be done in a few days. The price was comparable to others. I have been very satisfied with their work in the past and today followed that pattern. I received a follow up call to confirm my order for the lids and an appointment was made for the installation. I will definitely call them again!
Description of Work: Provider pumped out my septic tank and gave an estimate for installing riser lids.
