I'm older and have arthritis. I needed a walkin tub but every place I called said the tub would be between $4,000-$7,000 but the installer would have to fly in from out of state (usually LA or San Francisco) and it would take 2 days to a week to complete the install. And the installer was about $7,000-$9,000. Good Grief. I wanted someone local in case something went wrong! I saw a commercial for Bath Planet (which is local) that showed walk in tubs so I went over to their show room on McCarren and they said they do actually install them, it only takes one day and there is a lifetime gaurentee on all their work! The estimater arrived at my home that afternoon. He measured and told us what would be involved - namely moving the plumbing and adding a new electrical breaker to my panel for the tub. I picked out a color and features right in the comfort of my own home. I did not feel pressured. He was really informative an friendly. I paid 1/2 of the cost up front. The only down side is that it takes 6 weeks to get the tub (because they have to order it special) and have it installed. I was fine with the price of $15,300 because that's right in the middle of the range I had been quoted from the out of towners - Lowe's being the low end and Premiere Care being the highest. I live in a Victorian house with old pipes and wireing. I could hardly believe that they installed a back splash, reworked the pipes, had an electrician come out to run power directly to the tub and had my tub installed perfectly in only one day! I am so happy and pleased with the friendlyness (but not too friendly or chatty) and professionalism of everyone involved. They went over how to work all the buttons until I was perfectly at ease with using it. I would use them again and suggest them to any one who needs their bathrooms revamped!

Worker showed up on time; reviewed all the products I had ordered; estimated time needed to complete the job; protected the carpets and fixtures; completed the job the same day as promised; explained how all shower features worked, cleaning care products and guarantees; and cleaned interior and exterior work areas after job was completed.

The work turned out good. The two men who did the installation were excellent. The men were great and provided high quality. However, I feel that the company overcharged for the service.

It turned out okay and we are using it fine. They completed the work before we moved in to accommodate the stuff we brought into the house. The prices were typical for custom closets. We used the same gentlemen who previously worked with Closets by Design. We called California Closets because we were happy with the work he previously did and he was experienced. His advice was good. However, the materials and quality of the closet did lack a little bit. They came quickly and were diligent in what they did. I think you need to be clear with what you want and we were not sure with what we wanted.

My worker was professional and worked 9 hours straight with a break of 15 minutes. Took me through every step. Cleaned up expertly. You'd never know any work was done.

The designer took time to understand what I wanted and offered some recommendations . The final product was what I wanted. My closets were installed in one day and the garage cabinets the next day. The installers were polite, efficient, and very professional... cleaning up after the installation.

VERY NICE. We just sold our home and everyone who viewed our home was amazed at seeing the new shower.

In 2 days we have 2 new bathing areas. Day one began at 9:30 with a complete removal of the tub and shower in one of our bathrooms. New plumbing, walls and a nice deep tub. Wonderful young man, Lemoine, did all the work, finishing around 6:30. The work areas were left spotless, much cleaner than before the project began. We got lucky and due to a change in his schedule we were able to have the second room done the next day. Much more complicated plumbing issues so it took a bit longer but Lemoine didn't rush it or take short cuts. This room was also left in perfect order. The only minus in the whole process was that in order to get the discount from a home show program, we had to make a decision immediately. There is the cancellation option, but 2 hours or so is not exactly ideal for making major decisions. While we are extremely happy with what we decided, we would have liked more time for making color and styling choices. It was stressful for a time after we committed.

It went well and pretty smooth. I did take about 2 days but they made sure everything was perfect before they left.

Everyone was on time as scheduled and installation was completed ahead of time.

We contacted the provider through Home Depot and it all went very well, except for the scheduling. As indicated previously however they adjusted immediately and showed up and completed the job as they said they would and we are very satisfied. It was a little pricey but all things considered it was a bargain.

Technician arrived on time did his work carefully & expertly & exactly on estimated pride.

They did an excellent job. Mr. Lemoin was very polite and friendly. He explained everything as he went doing. Great job!

I called Bath Planet - Reno up and I told them that I'm a person that deals in truth. I told them that I'm trying to find out as much about the jet tub to see if I can afford it or not or if I even want one and that was acceptable with them. They came out here to the house that late evening and I was very impressed. They seem to be very, very honorable. They are far, far in advance of the other company that I have looked into.

From estimate to install, all professional installer detail -oriented & very clean, easy to work with.

The contractor arrived on time on the appointed day, removed the old pieces, and installed the new the next day, and was done on time. We are very happy with the results.

The crew arrived at 8:55 AM (5 mins early), set to work and finished the job at 4:00 PM. Very professional! They cleaned up everything before leaving.

Demo and install in ONE day! Amazing and it's absolutely beautiful.

The installer was professionsal and courteous. There was no mess as he took great care to make sure all was contained to the bath area and cleaned everything up. The only down side was that the original person that gave me the quote said I could have the floor to ceiling shelves and foot rest that I wanted. When the installer got started he realized that it would not fit as it came, due to a window that I have. Instead of saying that it would not fit, he explained the situatiuon and then took extra time to notch the feature and now looks custome made. The installer did an excellent job. Original person could have made his life easier if she would have told us that the corner of the shower I wanted would not work in our bath. Totally happy with the finished results.

Installer was on time & worked steadily. Project completed in one day and installer cleaned up any and all debris.

Work was done professionally with little delay, overall it was very expensive.

My interaction was very positive. They were very prompt and professional. They were well prepared. They lady name Karen came in with an IPad and showed us all different kinds of pictures. Everything was great until she told us the cost. I told her that we would be getting some other proposals. We ended up using a competitor.

Excellent! James created a cad design on site and once we refines the design a time frame for delivery was provides. Install was on time and of food quality.

Their work turned out really great. They were very timely and efficient. The price was a little high, but the quality of the material is excellent.
