They gentleman who did the work was very professional. He protected my flooring, and cleaned up thoroughly. The project did take a little longer than expected, but I think they handled the situation well.

Overall, I think they did a great job for me. They were able to complete all of the work within one day, which I thought was great! Their guys were very professional, nice, and thorough. For example, they checked my subflooring. Their work is guaranteed for life, and my new stall is working wonderfully.

Their work turned out very well, and they were able to complete everything all within one day. The worker who arrived was professional, efficient, and work diligently for ten hours until the project was completed.

We thoroughly enjoy their products. Working with them was incredibly easy, and our experience with them went wonderfully.

He is a perfectionist and we were delighted with the end result. He did it all himself and clearly knew what he was doing. I am pleased with the service, professionalism and my new bathroom. He added nice touches that made everything extra nice.

Contract signed March 1, 2011. Materials to be ordered and installed in 4 weeks. At 4 week mark, I called company because hadn't heard back from them. Their employee had lost my contract, downpayment and materials were never ordered. Was told if I continued on they would RUSH my order through so I replaced the check and gave them my copy of the contract. At 4 weeks again, I contacted them and threatened to back out if installation didn't happen within the next few days. Some how the order had not been rushed and the materials were not in Spokane yet. Installation began on May 3rd ----- but the shower doors were too small so needed to be reordered taking additional time. Completion finally happened on May 13, 2011. My concerns and advice to others is to follow up on them if your project is time sensitive. They say I am the exception and that they have never lost an order before. Secondly, now your county building code. In my case, a permit was needed and the plumbing needed to be done by a licensed plumber. Neither of which was done until I complained to one of the owners. The local manager said his employee was a plumbing apprentice but I could find no record of him having any license. The employee that installed the shower did a wonderful job and I like the shower. He showed up on time, cleaned up his mess and took care in my home. In the end, after calling one of the owners, they made it right with me. I put that I would not hire them again simply because I'm not sure it was worth the months of frustration. It's not that they don't have a nice product.

This was warranty work so it didn?t cost us anything. The experience was very good. They back up their product and they come out and fix it if you have a problem.

Contractor was on time for winter conditions, explained everything on the process and worked steady, no wasted time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The salesperson made some promises about the threshold height that were not kept during the installation. Scheduling was labor intensive as we had to call numerous times to get things set up and had to constantly reschedule (granted, some of it was due to our schedule). Once they got here the initial installation went OK, then they informed us that they did not have the shower door as promised, and tried to talk us into something different. The installer had three phone conversations with the office and we got a couple different stories about why the door was not available. Finally, the truth came out that the textured glass we wanted was on back order. We wanted what we ordered and decided to wait for it to come in. The installer offered to go out and buy a shower curtain and rod, but it was 6 o'clock in the evening, and the nearest home supply store is about 35 minutes away. We felt sorry for him and have a second bathroom, so we took the curtain and rod from there temporarily. One and a half months later, the door was available. A time was set for the installation, but the installer got tied up on another job. Due to scheduling conflicts, it was another week or so to get the door. We love the end product and the installer was very professional and helpful. Our concern is with the branch management. Why did they schedule the installation without being able to complete the job?
