+ -1 morePat and crew came out to address a toilet issue, it involved re-seating the toilet, including pouring cement, etc. They did a great job and probably the most telling thing is that Pat went out of his way to communicate with us about what he was going to do next and then what after that, and expected time frames. That was much appreciated.
