+ -1 moreTruckee Tahoe Tidy Maids did a wonderful job cleaning our vacation home. They went above and beyond what we discussed which made me very happy. The last time they cleaned I noticed that the inside of the refrigerator had been cleaned. Maria is very professional and prompt getting back to me. We have had a vacation home in Tahoe Donner for 22 years and I have always done the cleaning myself. What a pleasure it is to have Maria come once a month to make my house sparkle.

+ -1 moreWe contacted Maria to clean our vacation home which we rent out. After meeting them, we had a good feeling regarding their sincerity and honesty. They quoted a fair price which is equal to others for the type of service provided. Throughout the winter season, they have communicated with us, done the cleanings and the big plus, not a complaint from any of the renters to date. It is reassuring to have them email me that they have confirmed a cleaning, especially when it have been several weeks between services. We will continue to use TruckeeTahoeTidyMaid as our cleaning service.

Description of Work: Maria is very professional and has been cleaning our house for the last 6 months every week. She does an amazing joba and goes above and beyond any other service I've used in the past. Cleans our entire 2500 sq ft home from top to bottom and does our laundry and any left over dishes from the night before. She arranges everything in the cabinets so beutifully it makes it so easy when me and my fiance are preparing meals we know where everything is since its so organized. We have a ton of anilmal hair long haired german shepard and a cat and she is able to keep the hair balls to a minimum throughout our home. she will deep clean the Refridgerator for an extra 25$ too which is only needed every once in a blue moon but man is it alot of work and she does it with such ease. All in all Maria and her crew are very good at what they do and all it takes is brief conversation with her to explain areas of focus your looking for in the house.

+ -1 moreIt went so well that we now use them weekly to stay on top of our cleaning duties as we have a long haired German Shepard and cat who shed a ton! Very reasonable and always go the extra distance.
Description of Work: Maria and her partner Maria were fabulous! They cleaned a 2500 sq ft home top top to bottom in just over 4 plus hours, as this was their deep clean fee to begin work on our home. The Maria's went above and beyond and cleaning included numerous loads of laundry (folded too), fresh sheets on the bed, all the dishes were done and emptied from the dishwasher, deep thorough clean of our refrigerator added bonus, as well as the normal cleaning duties. I give them an 11 on a scale from 1-10 and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a great house keeping service.

+ -1 moreWe have a 3200 sq. ft. new home (full remodel) and had heard great things about Maria at Tahoe Truckee Tidy Maids. She met our high expectations and we plan to begin using her on a regular basis. She arrived on time for our scheduled time and presented me with a list of what she had planned to do during the clean. The most impressive part was when she asked which cleaning products i preferred she use on each surface. We actually do prefer a stone cleaner for our granite but had never been asked by other housekeepers. We also established what hardwood floor cleaner we required. I was so impressed!!! She was efficient and left the house sparkling (which it needed badly). We have a brand new custom home and are picky about who we would have clean it. So glad we listened to our other friend and called Maria.
Description of Work: Maria presented us with a full list of what she was planning to clean that day. Then she got to work and spent a few hours getting our house sparkling clean. She cleaned the bathrooms (sinks, tub, shower and glass, mirrors, floors, cabinets), kitchen (sinks, cabinets, counters, floors, dishes) bedrooms, and living room/hallways.
